Welcome to your 10 minute energy boost meditation.

This meditation is designed to help you recharge,

Release fatigue,

And revitalize your body and mind.

Whether you are starting your day,

Taking a midday pause,

Or needing an afternoon lift,

This meditation will guide you to reconnect with your energy source and feel refreshed.

Begin by finding a comfortable seated position.

Sit up tall with your spine straight and your feet firmly planted on the ground.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs completely.

Hold the breath for a moment,

Then release it slowly,

Letting go of any tension or heaviness.

Continue this deep breathing,

Letting each inhale bring in fresh energy and exhale,

Releasing any lingering stress or fatigue.

With every breath,

You feel your body becoming more relaxed and open to this energy boost.

Bring your awareness to your feet.

Imagine roots extending from the soles,

Reaching deep into the earth.

These roots anchor you,

Drawing up the earth's natural stabilizing energy.

Feel this energy flowing into your feet,

Up your legs,

And into your body,

Bringing with it a sense of grounding,

A sense of strength.

With your body feeling grounded,

Visualizing a warm golden light above your head,

This light is pure.

Pure radiant energy from the universe,

Brimming with its rejuvenating,

Revitalizing power.

As you take a deep breath in,

Imagine this golden light gently entering through the crown of your head,

Flowing down into your body.

Feel the light moving through your scalp,

Easing any tension,

Then traveling down your neck and shoulders,

Dissolving any tightness or fatigue.

Allow the light to flow into your chest,

Warming your heart center,

Spreading energy and vitality throughout your upper body.

With each inhale,

See the golden light spreading further,

Down your arms to your fingertips,

Filling them with invigorating glow.

Now let the light continue its path,

Moving down your spine,

Filling your back and abdomen,

Releasing any residual tension as it flows.

Imagine this golden light moving down through your hips,

Your thighs,

Into your knees,

Loosening any tightness and awakening these areas with fresh energy.

Feel it travel down to your calves,

Ankles,

And finally into your feet,

Where it pools and radiates warmth.

Now visualize your entire body glowing with this vibrant energy.

With each breath,

The light intensifies,

Expanding beyond your body to create an aura of vitality around you.

This golden light not only energizes you,

But also acts as a protective shield,

Repelling any fatigue or negativity.

Bring your attention back to your breath.

Inhale deeply,

Allowing the golden energy to surge throughout your body,

Filling every cell with life and vigor.

Exhale slowly,

Releasing any residual tiredness or stagnation.

Repeat this cycle a few more times,

Inhaling fresh energy and exhaling fatigue.

With each breath,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,
