Welcome to this guided meditation designed to help you strengthen and trust your intuition.

Find a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.

Sit or lie down,

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,

Allowing yourself to settle into a state of relaxation.

Begin by taking a deep breath in,

Holding it for a moment and then slowly exhaling.

Let go of any tension in your body.

Feel your shoulders drop,

Your jaw unclench and your muscles soften.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Notice the natural rhythm of your breathing.

Feel the air entering your nostrils,

Filling your lungs and then gently flowing out.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to become more present in this moment.

Imagine roots extending from the base of your spine,

Growing deep into this earth.

Feel the stability and support of the earth beneath you.

These roots ground you,

Connecting you to the energy of the earth,

Providing a strong foundation for your intuition to flourish.

Picture a soft glowing light at the center of your forehead,

Right behind your eyebrows.

This is your third eye,

The seed of your intuition.

See this light becoming brighter and more vibrant with each breath you take.

As you focus on this light,

Silently repeat the affirmation,

My intuition is strong and reliable.

I trust the wisdom within me.

Now visualize this light expanding,

Enveloping your entire head.

Feel it clearing away any doubt or confusion,

Making space for clarity and insight.

Imagine this light spreading down to your throat,

Your heart,

Your solar plexus,

And finally filling your entire body.

See yourself surrounded by this glowing,

Intuitive light.

It radiates wisdom,

Insight,

And trust.

Feel its warmth and guidance permeating every cell of your being.

Imagine you are standing at the edge of a beautiful forest.

The forest represents your inner wisdom and intuition.

Take a step into the forest,

Feeling the soft ground beneath you.

Hear the sounds of nature around you,

The rustling leaves,

The gentle breeze,

The distant call of birds.

As you walk deeper into the forest,

You come across a serene,

Clear pond.

This pond represents your intuitive mind.

Sit by the edge of the pond,

Gazing into its calm,

Reflective surface.

Ask your intuition a question that has been on your mind.

It could be anything you seek guidance on.

Then sit quietly and observe the surface of the pond.

Notice any images,

Words,

Or feelings that arise.

Trust that whatever comes to you is your intuition speaking.

To strengthen your connection with your intuition,

Place your hands over your heart and continue breathing deeply.

Silently repeat the following affirmations,

Feeling their truth resonate within you.

I trust my inner wisdom.

My intuition guides me to my highest good.

I am open to receiving intuitive insights.

My intuition is a natural and reliable part of me.

Feel these affirmations settling into your heart,

Reinforcing your trust in your intuition.

Now visualize a symbol that represents your intuition.

It could be an image,

A shape,

A color,

Or anything that comes to mind.

See this symbol clearly in your mind's eye.

Whenever you need to connect with your intuition,

Recall this symbol.

Let it be a reminder of your innate wisdom and the guidance available to you.

Begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Feeling the ground beneath you.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Gently open your eyes.

Know that you can return to this state of deep connection with your intuition any time you need guidance.

Trust in yourself and the wisdom within you.
