Welcome.

Begin by finding a comfortable seated position or lying down.

Allow your body to settle into a relaxed and comfortable position.

Close your eyes gently and take a few deep breaths.

Breathing slowly through the nose and exhaling gently through your mouth.

As you breathe,

Allow your body to relax and your mind to become more present in this moment.

Now bring your attention to your heart center,

The seed of compassion within you.

Visualize a warm golden light glowing softly in this space,

Radiating kindness,

Warmth,

And understanding.

With each inhale,

Feel this light expanding,

Filling your entire being with a sense of love and acceptance.

With each exhale,

Let go of any self-judgment or criticism you may be holding on to,

Allowing yourself to be fully present with your experience.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

I invite you to bring to mind an image of yourself as you are right now,

In this present moment.

See yourself exactly as you are,

Without judgment or expectation.

Notice the emotions that arise as you connect with this image of yourself,

And hold them with tenderness and care.

Now,

Repeat after me,

Either silently or out loud.

I am worthy of love and kindness,

Just as I am.

I forgive myself for any mistakes or shortcomings I may perceive.

I offer myself compassion and understanding in moments of struggle or difficulty.

I honor my needs and prioritize self-care in my daily life.

I am enough,

Exactly as I am in this moment.

Repeat these affirmations several times,

Allowing the words to sink in and resonate deeply within you.

I wholeheartedly love myself.

Now,

I invite you to visualize yourself surrounded by a beautiful,

Serene landscape.

You may imagine yourself in a lush forest,

On a tranquil beach,

Or in any other peaceful setting that resonates with you.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin,

The gentle breeze in your hair,

And the ground beneath your feet.

As you immerse yourself in this visualization,

Know that you are held and supported by the loving presence of the universe.

As we come to the end of this meditation,

Take a moment to thank yourself for dedicating this time to cultivate self-compassion and kindness.

Know that you can return to this practice whenever you need a reminder of your own worthiness and inherent goodness.

When you're ready,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Slowly open your eyes,

And carry this sense of self-compassion with you throughout your day.

I found the teacher’s voice and background music pleasant. I appreciated visualizing a protective light and that the affirmations were repeated. Thank you for offering this.
