Hello precious one,
I invite you to find a comfortable position,
Close your eyes,
And place your precious hand onto your beloved heart,
Right at the center of your chest.
And invite your mind's eye to make a home over the course of this meditation,
In that spot under your hand,
The place where your body and soul meet.
And as you become more aware of your breath,
And as you hear the music in the background,
And the sound of my voice,
You can invite your body to relax and feel a wash of relaxation coming down your back,
And down the back of your legs,
Relaxing all of the muscles of your back,
And lower back,
And thighs,
And calves,
And feel your feet relaxing,
And the front of your legs becoming heavier and heavier with every breath you take,
And feel that relaxation coming up your belly,
Loosening all of the organs of your belly,
And opening your chest even more as the muscles of your chest,
Of your lungs,
And of your heart expand more and more with every breath you take,
And feel that relaxation coming into your shoulders,
And down your arms,
Which are becoming loose and relaxed at your sides,
And that relaxation comes up your neck,
Softening all of the little and big muscles of your neck,
And into your face,
And bringing an ease into your jaw,
And around your eyes,
And your forehead,
And now allow yourself to focus again more and more on that space under your hand,
Because this is the place where you can best feel God's love for you,
Where you can feel God's faith in you,
And his adoration of you,
This love lives inside of you in that godly spark under your hand,
In the animating force behind every cell of your being,
The air surrounding you,
So that every breath you take is a breath of light,
A breath of love,
A breath of light,
And that love,
And that life force,
And that light exists in every fiber of your being,
But in this moment,
I invite you to place your left hand right over the place where your pelvis meets your belly,
And choose to love this place,
Repeat my words,
With my heart,
I love you,
With my heart,
I have faith in you,
With my heart,
I adore you,
And with my heart,
I thank you,
And with my heart,
I am ready to receive blessing,
To receive light,
To receive love,
And to receive life in this place,
And know precious one,
That you are not alone in this journey,
Choose to feel and experience that you are surrounded by the holy women of Israel,
By Sarah Imenu,
Sarah Abraham's wife,
Our foremother,
Who waited 99 years for her womb to open,
Who laughed at the sight of her precious child,
And who delighted in the experience of miracles,
She has her hands on your womb as well,
And Rivka Imenu,
Rebecca our mother,
Who prayed for many years to be able to bring life into the world,
And inside of whom two great nations were created,
She has her hands on your womb as well,
And Leah Imenu,
Leah our foremother,
Who wanted so much to bring a tribe of children into this world,
Who so much wanted her children to be an act of love,
Of connection,
Of service,
Who birthed Yehuda,
The father of the tribe of our greatest kings,
Her hands are on your womb as well,
And Rachel,
Who still to this day,
Rachel our foremother,
Cries over her children,
Over all of the children of Israel,
Inviting them to come home,
Inviting you to come home,
And she struggled to bring children into the world,
And even died in childbirth,
She has her hands on your womb as well,
All of our foremothers blessing your womb,
With light,
With love,
And we cannot forget Hannah,
Hannah the mother of Shmuel,
Of the prophet Samuel,
The woman who taught the entire Jewish people how to pray,
How to speak from the deepest depths of our hearts,
And commit ourselves fully to the divine,
Who birthed one of the greatest of our prophets,
And handed him over in the service of God,
She has her hands on your womb as well,
Because it is your birthright to invite blessing,
To invite the presence,
And to invite the love of your ancestors to surround you always,
And allow yourself to imagine your womb being blessed with life,
And expanding with more life,
And more life,
And more life,
As a child blossoms inside of you,
A child of light,
A child of love,
A child of God,
And see that child growing fully inside of your womb,
And feel that growth under your hand,
And see that child bursting into the world,
Into your hands,
And into your embrace,
For the day that you will be able to say,
It is for this precious young one that I have prayed,
Allow yourself to breathe in the experience of an adorable,
Warm,
Silky soft being resting on your chest,
Loved in your embrace,
Smell the precious scent,
Feel the pitter patter of the heartbeats,
Experience the rise and fall of this precious baby's chest,
With every breath you take,
With every breath they take,
For this precious young one I prayed,
Holding the memory and the love and the light of this experience in your heart,
I invite you to come back into your body,
By slowly wiggling your fingers,
And wiggling your toes,
And batting your eyes open,
Ready to grace the world with your hope,
And with your joy,
I wish you many blessings from Jerusalem.
