WORKSHOP

Regaining Psychological Clarity In Everyday Life

with Charles Freligh

In this workshop, Charles will share with you core principles from his training and experience in the world of psychology (the study of the "psyche," or the human mind). Together you will uncover what the "psyche" is, how it develops, and how it can become stuck in the quicksand of suffering, dissatisfaction, miscommunication, and regret in life. Charles will help you clarify why it can be so challenging to ‘just be present, as well as why you might repeat "self"-defeating patterns. He will guide you toward living in a way that is less avoidant, more present, and increasingly authentic. Together you will spend some time encouraging each other to face life head on and embrace the fear inherent in doing so.

Students will...

  • Gain clarity on the particular ways they may feel stuck in life and develop their ability to become “unstuck”

  • Develop a clarified sense of their “false self” and learn strategies to help them embrace their “less false self” (both internally and in relationships)

  • Develop a new relationship with feelings such as anxiety, anger, sadness, and regret in life

  • Learn how to personalize conceptual teachings through the use of metaphor and analogy

This learning experience includes:

  • 3 hours of live content including time to ask questions and connect with Charles and the other participants

  • Both, conceptual teachings and experiential practices

  • Access to a private circle to continue the connection and conversation

  • A post-event PDF with the presentation

  • A recording of the workshop which you can access up to 3 months after the event
