Meditation Timer OnlineAshley is a yoga teacher in training in the Kripalu tradition where meditation, breathwork and mindful living are central to the practice. She is also a mindfulness practitioner and founder of Cedar Lane Yoga, a small studio in Muskoka, Ontario, Canada. Through her own daily meditation practice, 20 hours of mindfulness certification, and while completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training, Ashley has experienced firsthand how powerful meditation can be for healing, clarity, and burnout recovery. Her teaching is grounded in presence, simplicity and creating spaces where people feel seen and supported. Inspired by yoga philosophy, nature and every day life, Ashley offers practices that help people regulate their nervous systems, reduce burnout and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels real and sustainable.
