I truly believe our purpose in this life is to be our most authentic selves.
And so for me,
Meditation is an opportunity to meet yourself,
Sit with yourself and recalibrate so that you can move throughout your day,
Whether it's morning,
Afternoon or the evening with ease.
I encourage you to use your imagination,
Visualize any process or simply allow my voice to be an anchor,
A tether as you release and return to yourself.
Give yourself permission to explore,
Expand and unwind in whatever way feels most natural to you.

In order to create spaciousness for clearing our energy,
We must first settle the nervous system.
So we're going to begin with a simple breathwork practice to bring you into stillness.
So find a comfortable seat,
Feel your spine gently lengthening,
Perhaps resting against a pillow.
Your legs can be crossed or your feet can be planted firmly on the floor,
Whatever allows you to feel both supported and at ease.
And when you're ready,
Bring your hands to your lap.
You can rest them on your thighs or place one hand on your belly and the other over your heart.
When you feel ready,
Close your eyes.
Take a moment to arrive here.
If there's any tension,
Any tightness,
Allow yourself to shift,
Stretch or soften.
Feel free to move your body however you need before you settle into stillness.
Now,
I would like you to bring your awareness to your breath.
Feel the gentle rhythm of air moving in through your nose and out.
Notice the way it naturally flows without you needing to force it.
Simply observe.
If you find intrusive thoughts trying to pull you out of this moment,
That's okay.
That's actually totally normal.
Just gently bring your awareness back to your breath to allow the mind to release its grip.
Now we're going to deepen the breath,
Dropping into the belly,
Your center.
As you inhale,
Visualize your belly expanding like a balloon.
With each breath in,
Feel yourself become more anchored,
More present in your body.
And so let's begin together.
Inhale deeply through your nose.

With every breath,
You are releasing,
Unraveling,
Returning.
We'll repeat this together for 5 full cycles.
Follow the rhythm of your breath and allow each inhale to draw you inward and deeper.

Now that you've arrived in your body,
Let's gently release anything that does not belong to you or to your field.
Begin by sensing the energy around you,
As if you're floating in the middle of an ocean and you can feel the water gently swimming around you.
Your boundary extends about 2 to 3 feet away from your body and just begin to notice where that edge is,
Where the water ends and the space begins.
Now I invite you to bring your awareness to swim through these waters and notice if there's anything that feels heavy,
Sharp,
Clouded or just unlike your natural energy.
These may be projections,
Emotions or thoughts you've absorbed or taken on.
The way to distinguish what's not yours is to notice if you feel a contraction,
A pulling inward or a sense of pressure,
Whether in your field or in your physical body.
These are often signs that something foreign is present.
And just rest here for a few breaths.
You're safe,
You're aware and you're swimming in your own field.
And now we're going to return anything that isn't yours.
There's no need to analyze it or understand where it came from.
I want you to really trust your body and with gentleness let it go.
Letting go doesn't have to be dramatic,
It doesn't have to be loud.
All you need to do is bring your awareness to it.
And so using your breath with every inhale and every exhale,
See that which is not yours lifting off of the water,
Almost like mist lifting off of the surface and just see it floating away.
Whatever works for you,
You don't have to push it,
Just let it release.
Stay here for a little while,
Use your imagination,
See it releasing.
Now that the space around you is clear,
We're going to call all of your energy back.
Any part of you that's been scattered,
Pulled or left behind,
It's time to invite it back home.
This may start to look like beautiful golden threads of light returning and entering back into your field or your entire field may begin to softly light up.
It might also simply just feel like a warm sensation in your body.
Let's stay here for a moment,
Bathing in this beautiful energy that is yours and yours only.
This is your home,
This is your power,
This is you recharging your battery.
Once you feel ready,
Begin to send this energy down through your spine,
Through the floor,
All the way to the core of the earth.
Look at there and then gently draw that grounded energy back up,
Entering through the base of your spine,
Rising upward and upward until it settles softly in your heart.
You are anchored.
You are whole.
You are safe.
