Stress release,

Soothing the system and softening the mind.

This meditation is a gentle return to calm.

It helps you meet your stress response with compassion,

Soften tension in the body and restore clarity to your field.

Hey,

You've made it here and honestly,

That's already enough.

Whether your system feels overstimulated,

Fried,

Tight,

I want you to know it makes sense.

You're not broken,

You're just full.

Stress is not your enemy,

It's a signal that says,

Help,

I need something to be felt.

So that's what we'll do,

Gently,

Kindly,

At your pace.

You don't need to fix anything in this moment,

You don't even need to understand it,

Just be here with me and let me hold the rhythm.

And if you'd like,

You can close your eyes,

Settle your body and just let yourself arrive.

I like to place one hand on my belly and one on my heart,

But you do what feels right for you in this moment.

Let's begin with the breath,

Not to control it,

Just to meet it.

Feel it move through you,

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Notice it's texture,

It's pace,

It's sound.

If your breathing feels shallow or stuck,

That's okay,

Don't force it to be deep,

Just let it be honest.

Together,

We'll slowly invite it to soften.

Let's try this breathing sequence together.

Inhale gently,

3,

2,

1,

Hold on for just a moment.

Exhale slowly through the mouth for 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Let's do that again.

Inhale 3,

2,

1,

Hold.

Exhale 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Let's keep that rhythm,

No pressure to get it right.

Just allow the exhale to do the work.

Feel your shoulders drop,

Your jaw loosen.

Let yourself be fully here.

If you find your mind drifting off or overthinking,

That's okay.

Just bring your awareness back to the sensation of your breath,

In and out of your nose,

Or the sound of my voice.

Stress is energy looking for somewhere to go.

So instead of stuffing it down or spinning it in,

Let's meet it.

Where do you feel it in your body right now?

Is it in your chest?

Your head?

Your gut?

What about your throat?

There's no need to name it or blame it,

Just breathe into that space.

If it helps,

Imagine I'm placing a warm hand there with you.

I see you.

I get why you're here.

Sometimes stress is just the body saying,

I've held too much.

I don't know where to put it.

Wherever you found that stress in your body,

Using your imagination,

Notice it.

What color is it?

Texture.

What does it make you feel?

And now I want you to imagine that it starts to melt away.

Like snow under the sun.

Like steam rising from your skin.

Pressure finally letting go.

See the energy rising up,

Up,

Up.

Away from your field.

Away from your body.

Offer it up for transformation.

It is now no longer yours to carry.

Now that we've softened the grip,

Let's bring clarity into our energy.

Visualize your nervous system as a glowing river.

A beautiful golden light running from your head down your spine,

Branching into your arms,

Your belly,

Your legs.

And with every breath,

The light glows a little brighter,

Reminding your body we are safe now.

It's okay to rest.

Let yourself soak in that truth.

Even if the world outside feels vast,

This inner space is yours.

You are not the noise.

You are not the urgency.

You are the stillness beneath it all.

And that stillness is always here whenever you choose to return.
