Notice them and let them go.

Bring back your attention on your breathing.

You are in a safe space.

Surrender to this space.

Allow your breathing to bring you deeper inside of you.

Open your heart.

I honor my sacred feminine.

I am feminine.

I am sacred.

I am divine.

I honor my sacred feminine.

I am cyclic.

I honor my cyclic nature.

I am emotion.

I honor my emotional nature.

I am sensual.

I honor my sensual nature.

I open myself for pleasure.

I open myself to be receptive.

I nurture myself.

I care for myself.

I love myself.

I am a complete and whole human being.

I honor internal enemy.

I am feminine.

I am sacred.

I am divine.

I honor my sacred temple.

I feel my connection with planet Earth.
