Whether you are a man or a woman, as humans, we are made of both masculine and feminine energy. After more than 2,000 years of evolution in a patriarchal age, built mostly on masculine energy, humans learned to build everything around the strength of doing and the accumulation of having. We have, as humans and as women, completely lost our connection to our feminine energy. In this important transition period when humanity is moving from the patriarchal Age of Pisces toward the Union Age of Aquarian, we are witnessing the rise of feminine energy from all sources to bring back balance. We are being called to let go of the doing of masculine energy and to dive into the feminine energy of being. This is the return of the divine sacred feminine goddess. The divine wisdom. Be receptive and awaken the essence of the sacred feminine. To embody your sacred feminine is to live in accordance with nature and life. To cultivate your cyclic nature, to slow down and relax, to allow yourself to be guided, and to let the flow of life be a part of you. Feminine energy encourages you to welcome your emotional, cyclical, sensual, and intuitive nature, and cultivate self-love and a relationship with yourself. Feminine energy thrives on the internal instead of the external. Everything is already within. We only need to dive into this divine wisdom. During the 10 lessons, you will learn to awaken your feminine energy in order to heal yourself and release societal conditioning and limiting beliefs. You will learn to increase self-love, welcome your true divine nature, and embody your sacred feminine. A woman in her sacred feminine is free, wild, and whole. I really enjoyed it. I always listened to it with my eyes closed. Some sessions I felt emotional but all sessions helped me to connect more and more with my feminine energy. I love this course and I hope that she will create another one like this or more on feminine energy in English.

Outstanding! I surrendered to Cat’s beautiful and sensual French accent and I feel like my soul soaked up this femininity and her teaching even more deeply because of it. Her slow, intentional cadence was entrancing as she explained the foreign concept of divine femininity to me. I am a GenX, who grew up being subliminally taught to embrace my masculinity and that femininity was weak. I pushed through my life and hustled and struggled to be like “one of the boys “ to succeed and be accepted in their world, but it affected every area of my life. I’m 52 now, and learning how backward and exhausting this was. I’m grateful for her teaching and for Insight timer, and learning how to welcome and embrace my Divine femininity and create balance with a healthy dose of masculinity and when each are appropriate. An exceptional course!! Thank you! I so look forward to more English content, Cat!! Namaste!
