I'd like to invite you now to close your eyes.
And as you close your eyes,
You're going to take a moment to tune in to whatever's happening inside your body right here right now.
Just noticing what you feel.
Maybe you notice your breath moving in and out.
Maybe you notice tension or aches or pains living in your body.
Maybe you notice thoughts running through your head.
Or a feeling swirling inside you somewhere.
And whatever it is,
Whatever's happening inside of you,
I'd like to invite you now to take one hand and just gently place it on your heart,
At the center of your chest.
And that hand there on your heart is there to remind you how amazing you are.
Maybe even taking a moment now to just thank yourself.
Think that inner experience,
Whatever it is inside of you that makes you you,
Thank it for being there for you to get through difficult,
Challenging times.
That that spirit or that core energy inside of you is still there,
Still pulsing,
And still present for you.
Noticing with that hand on your heart what your internal state is like now.
As your breath changed,
As the tension in your body shifted,
Your thoughts,
Your emotions.
Just noticing.
And just know that this process,
This practice of tuning inward and noticing the strength and the power that you have inside of you,
And that your capacity to care and to love gives you strength.
That this is always there for you.
It's always present.
It's something you can always tune into.
And it makes you amazing.
