Hi,

And welcome to your meditation practice.

My name's Catherine,

And I will be your guide.

Inside of you resides a radiant golden light,

A source of comfort and hope,

Even on the gloomiest of days.

In today's meditation,

Let's connect with this luminous essence,

Letting it serve as a reminder that there is hope and that you are always held by divine support.

Finding your way into a comfortable position.

Today you might want to be seated,

Or you can lie down on your back,

Taking a moment to settle into this space and to get comfy,

And gently closing your eyes if that feels good,

Or you can just allow your gaze to soften.

Feel that you can relax everywhere.

With every breath,

Allow your body to soften completely,

Letting go of any stress,

Any tension,

Or any resistance.

Allow that you are melting into relaxation,

Resting in this place of comfort.

Find the sensation of your breath,

Noticing the in-breath,

And noticing the out-breath.

No need to change the breath in any way.

Just notice it and allow it to flow without any effort as it carries you through life.

Let your breath guide and inspire you to discover the hope within yourself and the joy in the world around you.

With each breath,

Delve deeper into your body,

Sensing the warmth that emanates into your lungs and your heart space.

It is within your heart space that a radiant golden light resides.

As best you can,

Focus your attention on the area of your heart,

And begin to visualize a small golden globe glowing in this space.

This golden globe has a warmth that radiates hope,

Clarity,

And purpose.

With every breath you take,

You begin to energize this golden globe,

Nurturing it so it can expand and become brighter within you.

As this golden globe grows and expands,

So does the light that radiates from it.

This glow and the warmth begins to touch the places within you that need a little extra support.

The light illuminates all of the darkness,

And it has the ability to drive out feelings or memories that no longer serve you.

Any space in your body that this light touches begins to feel balanced,

Harmonious,

And at peace.

Deepen your breath now,

As this golden light expands into your chest,

Your belly,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Down into your legs,

And up into your head.

The light touches all of the spaces within your body,

The edges of your body,

As it radiates positivity and optimism.

This light in your heart is warm and provides a sense of support and of possibility.

See and feel that with this support,

There is the hope that you need to make it through any challenging situation today.

Although sometimes it may be difficult to see or feel the light,

It is always shining within your heart space.

And as long as this light shines,

You will find the hope and optimism that will allow you to navigate any obstacle that may appear on your journey through life,

Allowing you to truly feel alive,

Vibrant,

And certain.

Breathing easily and smoothly,

Feeling the warmth of the light everywhere within your body.

You can connect with this feeling with such certainty that you can renew your sense of hope or purpose at any time.

The light's purpose is just like your own,

To shine brightly and to be a beacon of hope and inspiration for those around you.

Let yourself be refreshed and renewed as you take a deeper breath here.

And then on your next exhale,

Gently blinking your eyes open if you close them.

Feel the warmth of the light as you go about the rest of your day.
