She became certified in Iyengar Yoga, Waldorf Education and Yoga Therapy (through International Association of Yoga Therapy). She currently flourishes in Prajna Yoga. Meditation is dear to her heart and her health, body, mind and soul. Her daily practices include mindfulness and Red Tara meditations. Her work as a yoga teacher and therapist allows her to steep in the rich teachings from poets and philosophers daily, and share these with her community.
