Hello, Beautiful soul. We're going to do some clearing Reiki energy for you today. So I invite you to bring to mind something that you're ready to release at this time. Maybe it's a belief. Maybe it's something that needs some healing. Bring that intention up now. And when you're ready, You may surrender that here to the river. The beautiful glacial river takes that intention, That energy, And washes it away from you, Neutralizing it in the water. Soften your body. Soften your heart. Soften your mind. And with each exhale, We surrender more deeply. We relax more fully. We release. Letting go of the old to make way for the new. Letting go. We let go through the energy of love. Not fear or resistance, But acceptance. Allowing. Tuning in to the impermanence of life. One more big breath in. And let your exhale go. Beautiful work.
