So today I would like to share with you two tips on how you can release your neck muscles.
So we all get those tight muscles when we're sitting at the desk.
Or on the couch too long,
We have poor posture,
We get stressed.
There's all sorts of reasons that our neck muscles may get tight.
So the first thing I want you to do is move.
Your head from side to side and just notice how that feels.
Then I want you to grab your fingers and we're going to roll our ears out.
So you can see how I'm giving that a really good tug.
So we're going to do that three times on each side.
There's a whole lot of pressure points in our ears.
And these can actually help to release.
The tension in our neck.
You can do it more than three.
Times if you like.
It should start to release in here.
And then the next one is placing your hand on your shoulder,
Giving it a nice hold,
So holding your shoulder tight,
And then just moving your neck.
Three times and then swapping.
And giving that a go,
And then just.
.
.
Moving your neck from side to side and just noticing.
If you've had a release in your neck muscles.
So give that a go.
