So today let's do some kinesiology to boost our energy so that we don't always have to grab the sugary drinks or the energy drinks or the caffeine.
Let's naturally boost our energy.
So there's two things I'd like to show you today that can help boost your energy.
The first one is the thymus tap.
So you just tap on your thymus area here,
Which is sort of just above your heart area,
And you give it a good tap.
For about 30 seconds.
You might be able to hear me tapping.
And the great thing about these energy boosts is you don't have that dip afterwards like you might have with a sugary drink or a caffeine drink.
So that's the first one.
The second one is the cross crawl.
So we're basically crossing the midline.
And moving our body.
And what's great about this activity is it not only boosts our energy,
But it increases our brain capacity because it helps the corpus callosum,
The bit between the two hemispheres.
And it also,
If you're really stretching your back,
You'll feel a stretch in your upper and mid back,
Which is great if you've been sitting down for a while.
And just notice how easy it is for you to do this.
We want this to flow.
Notice your muscles.
So there are my two tips to boost your energy.
