Welcome to this breathwork and meditation practice on building pleasure in the body.

We'll also be touching into the experience of sensuality and creative power.

Begin by finding a comfortable posture of practice either seated or laying down.

If you choose to be seated,

Feel your hips equal weighted on the earth.

So if you're in a chair,

Really feel that heaviness go down through both of your hips into the earth below.

If you're resting your hips,

Your sit bones on the ground,

Feel that connection,

That support as it rises up to meet you.

And then from that strong stable base,

Lengthen through the spine,

Lift up,

Roll the shoulders back and down,

Tuck the chin slightly,

Open the chest.

And if you are laying,

You will do something quite similar where you feel a heaviness in the hips,

Making sure there's equal weight in both of the hips,

And then lengthening the spine,

Rolling the shoulder blades back and under,

Tucking the chin slightly,

And feel that openness in the chest once again.

And I invite you to gently close your eyes or soften your gaze and begin to settle into your body.

Start to become aware of your breath,

Gentle flow in and out.

Place one hand on your heart space,

So over your breastbone.

On the other hand,

Below your belly button,

So on the front part of your pelvis.

And we're going to begin by establishing connection here between the heart,

The pelvis,

The sacral chakra.

I invite you to start by placing awareness on your heart.

And as you breathe in,

Breathe in through your nose and expand your chest as it presses against your hand.

As you exhale,

Release and soften,

Exhaling out the mouth.

A couple more of those,

Inhale through the nose,

Expand the heart,

And exhale,

Soften.

Just starting to warm up this area.

Another breath in,

Another breath in,

Exhale,

Let it go.

Let's continue to breathe in and out of the heart space,

Feeling that hand really start to connect in with your heart chakra,

The seat of connection and love and compassion and grace in the body.

So as you inhale,

Imagine and feel and sense that you are breathing in this love and compassion and kindness and grace into your heart space.

Feel it filling your heart with warmth.

As you exhale,

Soften and even start to feel that energy in the heart space begin to spread out from the heart as you exhale.

Continue the process of breathing into the heart,

And exhale,

Release,

Soften,

Expand this energetic experience of love in the heart,

Warmth,

Kindness,

And compassion.

Really start to feel that heart space come alive,

Bathed in the energy of universal love,

Of unconditional love.

Now with your lower hand on the belly,

On the pelvis,

That sacral chakra,

I invite you to start to connect the energetic experience of your heart with your pelvis.

So as you inhale and you expand into the hand above your heart,

Also feel the expansion in your pelvis.

So feel that pressure,

That expansion against both hands.

And as you exhale,

Release and soften.

Allow the warmth to start to trickle down from your heart space all the way down into your pelvis.

You might start to notice immediately an energizing,

A vibration,

An aliveness that starts to find its way into your pelvis,

Into your sacral area.

Let it feel good,

Let it feel alive and warm and pleasurable.

You might notice a tingling start to form in your sacrum and spread out through your pelvis and down down into your genitals and your legs and all around that lower part of your body.

So every breath in,

We're continuing to draw in that universal love,

That compassion and kindness.

And it's now filling the heart and it's filling the pelvis and connecting us with that sacral chakra,

That seat of creative and sensual and sexual power.

And keep breathing here.

Continue with this same breath rhythm and feeling the expansion and flow of energy.

And if you'd like,

You can start to gently trail your fingertips over different parts of your body.

You can start with your chest or your lower abdomen,

Arms,

Your hands,

Even your face,

All the way down into your pelvis,

Your genitals,

Your legs.

Just allow your fingers to trail wherever they feel called to,

Wherever your body is calling.

Keep breathing.

Remember to keep feeding this fire of sensuality,

Of compassion,

Of kindness,

Of self-love,

Allowing the breath to be that vehicle,

That guide of energetic,

Sensual,

Pleasurable energy.

So moving through the body,

Watch and witness and follow with your fingertips.

You can continue with the practice of gentle touch if you'd like to.

If you prefer,

You can pause and simply place hand again on heart and pelvis.

We're going to plant a seed of creative power in this activated state of pleasure.

So notice what is present for you in this moment.

What is it that you would like to plant in terms of a seed?

What do you wish to bring forth in your experience?

Imagine,

See,

Sense,

Intend that you place this seed deep in your sacral chakra,

Into that space of creative power,

Of fertile ground for manifestation.

Continue to breathe and fan the flames of this creative power,

Releasing,

Trusting,

Knowing that you've done that work of planting that seed.

And now we feed the energy of creation through pleasure.

You can either continue your practice of gentle touch,

You can move into a longer sensuality and pleasure practice.

You can continue to breathe in this way.

You can drift into a deep meditative state.

Whatever it is,

Allow it to feel good.

Take your time here.

You can close the guided portion of this practice and you'll now move into your self-guided practice.
