It's a bit easier today getting up at 540 I'm getting up and already by now the meditations are Helping I had this wonderful gift yesterday that my oldest daughter told me she wanted to start meditating So we're gonna meditate every morning after this session just two minutes to start with then take it from there So here we go day three on inside timer.

So this is the first day for me where actually I need to you know start my transition towards Copenhagen like in 25 minutes so it's it's Again,

There's not a picture on so This is Day three and we're just gonna take it as we've talked about day by day remember your journal Remember to write down afterwards.
It's an important process of these 365 days Usually what happens and what happened to me also yesterday was that on top of this heart meditation You know breathing into my heart breathing out from my heart to what somebody else's heart Something arose from it,
Which is going to be Used today in today's meditation So the sentence for today's meditations Meditation is there's nothing Nothing to be afraid of So there's nothing nothing to be afraid of right and we're gonna build it up like we've done the other days just settling in moving into mindfulness meditation and Then the last step is going to be the reflection part And it's gonna be 12 minutes approximately Just taking it easy stretching out the 12 minutes So it feels like 24 I can see hands on my head I can see hands is here as well.

Wonderful this is actually Yeah,
It's gonna be a good year.
Definitely with you guys on board.
It can only be a good year so Settling in if you have glasses it might be an idea to take them off Very much up to you whether you want to sit with your eyes closed your eyes open by settling in I mean just turning your mind towards focus Turning your body towards attention and turning your emotions towards calmness reminding ourselves that We're not here to perform.
We're not here to do well We're not here to be good students of meditation We're just here together friends having a good time Learning just letting your mind rest Your body rest your emotions rest if there's any tension anywhere.
Just make sure to Either just breathe it out or to stretch it and also reminding ourselves that we have 363 days left 362 days left So there's no rush at all We will learn eventually now just notice a Small smile on your lips just a small one As I mentioned that I'm gonna keep on mentioning that's gonna be the one thing I'm gonna be asking you So that by the end of this year,
You're actually gonna be smiling Completely naturally without thinking about it.
Just a small smile Just enough so you can feel it in your eyes to Let any sounds or disturbances or whatever might arise around you just be a part of it With the calm breathing calm mind calm emotions Calm emotions small smile and now turning your attention towards your eyes and really making sure that your eyes are relaxed to Relaxed eyelids relaxed muscles behind the eyes Relaxing your face to now see if you can notice your heartbeat Either the physical the bodily experience of your heartbeat The emotional one just see if you can notice it and the way that we can do this is like yesterday to breathe into our hearts Just breathing into your heart And breathing out from your heart again Nice and slow.
So I'm gonna be sharing a sentence with you now.
And what I want you to do is just to Repeat that sentence inside of you as if you're telling yourself this sentence There's nothing Nothing at all to be afraid of don't judge the sentence.
Don't do anything with it.
Just let it Land in your heart in your body in your mind and your emotions.
There is nothing Nothing at all To be afraid of and if you experience that you're doing something with it mentally just let the mental part go And just find the place in you in your heart that says yes true There is nothing Nothing at all to be afraid of just breathing into your heart slowly small smile relaxed eyes There's nothing Nothing at all To be afraid of there's nothing Nothing at all to be afraid of so as we are about to finish this Morning evening wherever you might be meditation Remember that this meditation doesn't stop Meditation is us Being aware of something being aware of the connection between two fingers Being aware of the connection with our heart Being aware of the connection with our mind body heart and soul When we throughout the day or the night or tomorrow Experience the contraction inside of us and at that very moment experience the calm breathing the small smile and the sentence There's nothing Nothing at all to be afraid of and really experience what it means for you in that specific situation What happens in my body when I tell myself this what does it mean?
What do I mean by it?
There's nothing nothing at all to be afraid of Is this changing my life towards something better something worse or the same?
Just be curious so let's End this meditation with a small smile and also a big thank you towards yourself for taking your time and Also,
Let's finish this meditation by you Inside of you not nothing to do with me or anybody else in here Decide how many days you want to continue doing this whether it's four days seven days whether it's the whole 365 days but make a decision it's important.
