There is this moment and this moment alone. There is one moment. And in that moment that is, again and again, we can give compassion, love, connection. We can send love and healing. We can honor all love and we can ask for peace. We can send all of this through ripples of peace from our sacred divine self to all. This is a glorious moment through which we can all give, to all of life.

Take yourself to your comfortable space where you can lay down.

Allow yourself a moment to settle.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Allowing a long release out.

Allow yourself to soften,

To release and to slowly fold deeper onto the floor.

Just allow your feet,

Your legs to relax.

Allow your hips,

Allow your spine and your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your fingers to fall lighter against the ground.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Allow a long release out.

Just allow your chin to tilt forward a little,

Just slightly so that the head can rest evenly on the ground.

And then a nice long breath,

Drawing in and as you release allow the stomach to sink down through the spine.

And on your next breath in,

We draw breath to the feet.

And we breathe in to fill the feet.

We feel the feet breath by breath,

Allowing us to feel and connect to our feet.

And as you feel into the feet,

You're feeling through the toes,

Through the soles of the feet,

Across the top of the feet.

Feeling and allowing the breath to fill for you to connect.

And as you breathe in and feel and connect,

With every release of breath,

You allow every step you have taken,

You allow the path to be released.

Breath by breath,

Releasing the steps,

Allowing the path to be left behind.

And a nice long breath in and a deep release out.

We move on from the past and we breathe to the legs,

From the ankles all the way to the hips.

You breathe into the legs and feel the legs breath by breath.

You breathe and you feel and connect to the legs,

Feeling the bones and the muscles,

Feeling the blood running through the legs.

And as you feel,

You feel a heaviness,

You feel the weight and the burdens that the legs have carried,

Bringing you to this moment.

And breath by breath as you release,

Allowing the weights,

Allowing the burdens to be released.

Breathing in to feel,

To feel,

To connect and breathing out to release.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Allowing a long release out and you've moved on from the past and laid your burdens down and we move now to the hips and the pelvis.

Breathing opening the hips,

Opening the pelvis with every breath,

Allowing the hips to soften and open.

Breath by breath,

Allowing the hips to open,

Breath by breath,

The pelvis softening,

Breath by breath,

Breathing in,

Breathing in new life,

New energy,

Breathing in creative energy,

Breathing in creation.

Breath by breath,

Releasing any blocks,

Releasing breath by breath,

Any barriers to this new life.

Spiralling that breath through the pelvis,

Through the organs.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Allowing a long release out,

You've left the past behind,

You've laid your burdens down,

You've allowed new life and we move on to the stomach and we breathe to fill the stomach like a giant balloon.

Breathing in,

Breath by breath filling the stomach and as you fill the stomach you feel you connect to all the emotion that lays dormant in the stomach and as you connect you feel the pain,

The anger,

The resentment and the frustration,

The shame and the guilt.

You feel the emotion and breath by breath as you release you allow each to release from the stomach.

Breathing it in,

Filling,

Feeling,

Connecting,

Breathing it out to release,

Releasing pain and anger,

Releasing frustration and resentment,

Releasing the shame and the guilt.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Allow a long release out,

Allow the stomach to sink through the spine,

The past has gone,

The burdens laid down,

New life begins to enter and the emotions begin to clear and we move on to the spine and we breathe the length of the spine from the base all the way.

Breathing up to the medulla at the base of the skull,

Breathing the long length of the spine.

And as you breathe,

Allowing the clarity of breath to move through the spine to cleanse and release,

Allow the breath to spiral the spine.

Breathing it in and breathing it out.

Breath by breath,

The energy runs clear through the spine.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Breathing out to move on and moving to the chest and taking a nice deep breath in,

Filling the chest with breath.

Opening the chest,

Opening the ribs,

Breathing breath by breath.

And as you feel the chest and open the ribs,

Breath by breath you feel,

Breath by breath you begin to open the diaphragm and the lungs and fully your breath expands and you breathe in to feel and to feel and connect.

And as you breathe in and feel,

You feel into the emotion that is held in the chest.

You feel the fear,

You feel the anxiety,

The tension,

The envy and the pride and the jealousy.

You feel the greed and breath by breath you release.

Breathing it in,

Feeling into the emotions,

Breathing it out to release.

Breath by breath releasing,

Allowing the emotion to be unreleased from the chest.

Take a deep breath in,

We allow a long release out and our shoulders release,

Now arms soften and our fingers loosen and we move on to our throat and a gentle swallow to clear the throat.

And as we breathe and fill the throat with breath,

We open and expand the throat across the neck.

Breath by breath as we open,

We allow the tightness of the throat to clear as the throat clears,

All communication,

All thought,

All feeling begins to draw to the throat,

Breath by breath for you to release.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Allow a long release out,

Take the tongue away from the roof of the mouth,

Soften your face and allow your breath now to come to your mind.

Breath by breath,

We allow a long release out,

Take the tongue away from the throat,

Breath by breath you begin to feel the mind,

Allowing the breath to expand into the mind and as the breath draws in,

You allow all thoughts to fold into the breath.

Breath by breath,

We allow a long release out,

Take the tongue away from the throat,

Breath by breath you begin to feel the mind,

Allowing all thoughts to fold into the breath.

And as the breath draws in and the thoughts fold into breath,

With every release of breath,

The thoughts begin to clear from the mind.

Breath by breath,

We allow a long release out,

Take the tongue away from the throat,

Breath by breath you begin to feel the mind,

Allowing all thoughts to fold into the breath.

Slowly your mind begins to clear and your focus falls just to your breath.

Breath by breath,

We allow a long release out,

Take the tongue away from the throat,

Breath by breath,

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Releasing the breath,

Releasing the breath,

Releasing the body.

And draw the breath down to the feet and allow a long breath from the feet all the way through the body to the crown of the head,

A smooth clear clean breath that draws through the whole body.

Breath by breath,

We allow a long release out,

Take the tongue away from the throat,

Gently allow the body to start to fade with your focus just on breath.

Breath by breath,

We allow a long release out,

Take the tongue away from the throat,

Breath by breath,

Resting on breath,

Breathing,

Just allowing the breath no control.

Breath by breath,

We allow a long release out,

Take the tongue away from the throat,

Breathing,

Just allowing the breath no control.

Now allowing yourself to take your mind to your sacred path,

Gently walking,

Slowly walking,

Allowing yourself to take in the day.

Breath by breath,

And as you're walking along your path you see ahead your beautiful tree allow yourself to make your way towards the tree.

As you approach your tree allow yourself to feel a lightness in your heart,

Allow yourself to feel gratitude and take a moment to turn and sit with your tree.

Place your trunk up against the tree trunk,

Your spine to the trunk and allow yourself to press against it,

To feel,

To breathe and to release any worry,

Any pain,

Any heartache.

Breath by breath,

And as you're walking along your path,

You see ahead your tree trunk,

And when you feel ready allow yourself to stand,

Always giving gratitude and making your way back to your sacred path and walking towards the great door to the sacred space.

As you approach the door,

Gently unlock and go inside,

Making sure to turn and lock your door behind you,

And you turn to see your beautiful garden,

Vibrant colours,

So many flowers,

Perfume that fills the air,

And just a moment,

Breath and take all of that in.

Allow yourself to touch,

To connect,

To tend to your garden,

To draw in the aroma,

To feel it within you.

Making your way through your garden,

Taking in the day,

Taking in the scenery,

Taking in your sacred space,

And the silence,

And the serenity,

And the peace and the calm.

Gently making your way down the hill,

Making your way towards the river,

Or the stream,

Running through your sacred space.

As you make your way to the water's edge,

Just stop for a moment and allow yourself to watch the gentle flow of the water.

As you watch the water flow,

You begin to follow it,

Moving towards your right,

Going downstream,

Just gently walking beside the river,

Until you come to a space that's open and clear.

There's a pool of water,

And it is still,

And it is calm.

It is so clear,

You can see the pebbles at the bottom.

You can see the reflection of the sky,

Of yourself,

Gently on the top of the water.

Just take note how still and clear the water is.

You notice at the bottom of the pond,

Of the pool of water,

The tiniest of pebbles,

Ever so small.

You can see them glistening.

If you turn around,

You can see some of those very pebbles around you.

I want you to pick up one with a very gentle throw.

Throw the pebble into the middle of the pond,

And watch as it touches the water and ripples out towards the edges,

Circle after circle,

Rippling,

Pushing through the water until it reaches the edge.

These ripple effects are very powerful.

They show us that one thought,

Or one action,

Ripples out from us,

And connects,

And touches so much around us.

I want you to close your eyes while you're standing and take a nice deep breath in,

And allow a long release out.

I want you to connect right now to people,

To places,

To circumstances,

To events,

To things that are happening in the world,

To your family.

I want you to think of each one,

And think of the love and the peace that you want to ripple out to each of them.

I want you to turn and take a handful of pebbles.

Turn back to the water.

Take a pebble in your other hand.

Close your eyes.

Take a nice deep breath in,

And think of the very first person,

The very first situation,

The very thing that most needs your love and attention.

I want you to throw the pebble into the water.

As you open your eyes and breathe out,

I want you to send continual love,

And peace,

And thoughts to that one person,

To that one situation.

And when the ripples touch the edge,

Take a nice deep breath in,

And as you breathe out,

Sigh to release,

And take the next pebble,

And pebble by pebble,

Spread ripples of peace and love to all the people,

To all the places,

To all the happenings in the world.

One by one.

Remembering to take a nice deep breath in,

And breathing out to begin,

And a nice deep breath in,

And breathing out to release,

Before moving on.

Breath by breath,

Pebble by pebble,

Spreading ripples of love and peace.

Breath by breath,

Pebble by pebble.

Bettle by pebble,

Breath by breath,

Spreading ripples of peace and love.

Breath by breath,

Breath by breath,

Spreading ripples of peace.

And when you're ready,

Walk over to the other side of the room,

And as you breathe out,

Walk over to the water's edge,

And take your hands and place it on the water,

Kneeling down if you need.

Lay yourself a nice deep breath in,

A long breath out,

And give love and peace and gratitude to the purity of the water,

To the gentleness of the water.

Allow its blessings to be pure,

And bring your hands to your face,

And allow the coolness of the water on your face.

Holding your face,

Now give love and peace to your own self.

Just allow yourself to turn and slowly walk up the hill.

When you get to the top,

Just turn,

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Release it and just allow yourself another moment to look around,

To feel the gratitude and the joy,

To feel the love.

Turning and just gently walking through your garden,

Back towards the sacred door,

Making your way through and making sure the door is locked behind you.

Making your way down your path,

Making your way back into your body and breathing and relaxing.

Breathing,

Allowing yourself to feel that breath.

Breathing from feet all the way to the crown,

A nice long breath.

And now breathing and finding focus for a moment on your heart.

And allowing the same ripples of peace and love to flood into your heart.

And now allowing that breath to flow into your heart.

Now allowing that breath to come down to the feet,

Gently moving the toes.

Running the breath through the legs to the hips,

Gently releasing them.

Breath running through the body to the shoulders,

Down the arms to the fingers,

Gently moving them.

Allow your head to tilt from side to side.

Bring the arms up above the head and stretch out from fingers right down to toes.

Moving the knees into the chest and hug them in.

Breathing and opening the eyes,

Just allowing yourself to lay for a moment,

Focusing on breath.

Allowing yourself to feel and connect to the ripples of peace and love.

Breathing it in and breathing it out.
