I Shall Meet You There

A guided living meditation that allows the voice of life to be heard in all the places that you roam, wander, dream. A voice amongst all things, as self, as sacred, assuring you that life shall meet you there.

When we take a moment, We can hear life's voice. We can feel life's presence always with us, Always talking to us. We can sense our oneness through all living creations. That moment may be standing at the kitchen sink, Gazing out into the garden. It may be strolling along a path with the trees around us. We could find ourselves on the couch, Gently watching life outside the windows. Or the sunlight dance on the coloured planes. Life's present is eternal. Her voice is infinite. We are in all ways a part of the one living system. I shall meet you there, Is all the places that I will find you. As you roam amongst all things, As self, As sacred, I will find you. I shall meet you there. Breathe. Breathe in. Breathe out. Lengthen the breath. Every exhale, Release and move the body to a deeper, Softer position. Lengthen the breath. Longer inhale. Longer exhale. Soften the face, The mouth. Release the tongue. Allow the body to unfold. Slowly, As thoughts arise in the mind, Use the breath to clear. Hold nothing. As tensions are revealed in the body, Breathe to clear. Hold nothing. Ask mind to be calm. Body to be still. Senses to be silent. Breathe the body to softness. Be in your whole body. Head to toes. Front to back. Lengthen the breath through legs, Through the stomach, The chest, The shoulders, The arms, The fingers, To the throat, To the crown and release. Relax. Lengthen into being. Breathe softly. Allow yourself to unfold. Allow senses to draw down their guard. Breathe. Allow breath to flow. Listen with your whole being. Feel. Allow all feelings. Listen with your whole being. Be silent within. Be stillness within. I shall meet you there. As all things. You are all things. In all places. As the sacred is all things. As the sacred is in all places. You are as sacred. You are within all places. Run to the fields. I shall meet you there. Look to the sky. I shall meet you there. In the rivers flow. I shall meet you there. At the ocean's depths. I shall meet you there. At the edge of life. I shall meet you there. Be all things. As I am all things. We are all things. In all places. We are the sacred. As one. I am there. I shall meet you there. I shall meet you there.
