Just finding a comfortable position,
Either laying down or in a seat.
And then just bringing your awareness to your breath.
So there's no need to change your breath or do anything different.
You're just simply becoming aware of the breath.
Feeling the inflow and the outflow.
Feeling into the pleasure and the rhythm of your breath.
Just taking this time to simply be in your body.
Taking a few moments to fully arrive here in this space.
And then becoming aware of the places where your body touches the floor,
The surface beneath you.
Allowing your weight to render into the support that's here.
And as you breathe,
Just bringing your awareness back to the subtle sensations of your breath.
Noticing the temperature and the depth of your breath.
Allowing your body to start to relax.
Your jaw and your face relax.
Your shoulders,
Your belly,
All becoming soft.
And then simply bringing your awareness into your heart space.
And I invite you now to connect to a feeling of pleasure.
So you might recall a recent memory of feeling really good,
Of happiness or joy or love.
Just really bringing that feeling into your heart.
Feeling your heart start to smile.
Your awareness to fully feel these beautiful feelings in your heart.
Just sensing a spark of aliveness,
Of pleasure,
Radiance,
Happiness,
Joy or sensuality.
Any other feelings that you associate with pleasure.
As you breathe in,
Your body rests heavy into the earth.
Just noticing the texture of this feeling.
Noticing this texture in your body.
And if you can welcome this beautiful feeling fully inside your body now.
You let these feelings of pleasure in grow bigger and wider and allow them to take up more space.
Embracing the aliveness and the pleasure and opening up to it more fully.
Welcoming this into your body,
Letting it saturate your cells.
And we're not trying to force or push anything here.
We're just allowing these sensations to have the freedom of space to move in their own way through your body.
Allowing these to grow and expand.
Noticing what arises in your body as you build your capacity to feel more pleasure.
Staying connected to these feelings,
These pockets of pleasure,
Of joy,
Of love.
Whatever it is that you are feeling right now.
If your body would like to make any big or small movements,
Maybe even a sigh out,
You can do this now.
Just honoring your body,
Taking your time,
Using your awareness,
Movement,
Breath,
Any sound.
Allowing yourself to move and breathe as this feeling of aliveness.
Stretching and opening the body to move as this more fully,
Letting your body guide you however it wants to in this moment.
Breathing,
Noticing how the pleasure and aliveness might shift in your body.
Can you allow it to fully expand and take up more space?
Noticing where else can you expand?
What more can you open up to?
Are there any other pleasurable sensations that are alive inside of you right now?
Just allow yourself to play and explore.
Breathing here as you allow yourself to simply be curious to allow this pleasure in.
Noticing how far you can expand this pleasure in your body.
Being curious if there might be any limitations.
We're just noticing without judgment as you stay connected to this pleasure,
This aliveness inside of you.
And feeling the pleasure move through your whole body.
Letting it radiate out into the universe.
Knowing that you are a pleasurable being.
That your pleasure lives inside of you.
And stay here marinating in these feelings for as long as you like.
