To Istanbul.

It's a short one.
It's more of an experiment than a meditation this Detroit that passes through the city of Istanbul Separates the land into the two continents on one side you have Europe on the other side you have Asia so you keep on moving between the two continents in that city and The Detroit is called the Bosphorus and when I meditate there when I awakened in 2016 I would take boats all the time.
I always took boats when I was in this city and I still do When I meditate on the side of the boat outside in the fresh air in the fresh air in the Sun And I connect with the world around me I feel a deep presence in the depth of the Detroit and I Just continue on doing this breathing exercise On being on those boats on seeing my heart chakra awakened,
And I just continue on breathing in and out and breathing in with my heart chakra and out And letting the energy circulate Tapping into my body Connecting to the divine that's what we're gonna do together and I've compiled images on my last boat trip and for you to witness what lies in the depth of that Detroit It's not until August 2021 that I witnessed and I got referred to The profile of Matas Estefano who has a show on Gaia that I really that I've gotten to discover in the past few weeks And he went to Istanbul in August or July and he followed his guidance and He did some energy work on the Bosporus at a specific point and He let a crystal down there and you can learn more by going to his Instagram profile that I've Mentioned in the description and he mentions a dragon being there being right there in the depth of that river and That he was activating that place and bringing peace and resolution and and all the energy work that he did and When I saw the word dragon,
I was like,
Oh,
Oh I I know this one.
I know this one.
I have been knowing this one for a few years now I'm not crazy you know there there might be a lot of confirmations a lot of guidance a lot of Information that comes to to to your being that makes absolutely no sense and you know,
You didn't invent it But to see someone confirm it and say the same thing that you've been saying for years.
It's it's magical it has a a little bit of magic it has a little bit of a Glitter in my eyes moment.
So I'm filming this I'm taking you there and we'll witness together So I really want to anchor into the words of breathing in and out with your heart chakra and that's a technique,
You know Technically you're breathing through your nose Technically your skin is breathing through the pores and exhaling through the pores as well when we say breathing we need that input and output and If you want to connect with your heart chakra right now and just put your hand there and inhale through your nose Feel your chest light up and feel your chest rise up and rise out and then let out and Continue doing this just one two,
Three and one two,
Three,
Four five out witnessing witnessing witnessing And bringing that type of presence to your awareness That you can be right now connected in this time in another space because we're talking about a specific city Allow you and Letting yourself channel that energy Through the images through your breath through your presence in and out in two three two three four five in two three out two three four five Two three out two three four five Thank you for being here.
