So I'm going to start with talking a little bit more about practice of breaking.

I know it might seem a lot of information that we've been gathering in the last few days and those things are going to come naturally to you the more you practice.

So the more you continue to do the exercise,

The more you continue to,

It's not doing the exercise to say we've done the exercise but to actually connect and to see what's happening inside of you and to connect with your heart and to create as a practice a way to just do it and see oh I'm noticing this from my head,

I'm noticing this from my heart,

Ok and then this and then just going in,

Going in and going in and this is really what will transform all the things that I've talked about,

All the potential into performance.

So if you feel insecurities or anything,

Just continue and continue and continue.

I would like to do an exercise where we're going to clean the aura.

So right now we've been talking about the 7 chakras that we have within the body but we do have more than 7 chakras but we also have an aura and I talked about it.

So we have the physical body and then we have the auric body and we have the emotional body,

The mental body,

The causal body,

The catholic body,

We have so many layers,

Different layers that are,

I mean I'm showing here with my hands but when I understand an aura for me it's like 3 meters above your head,

3 meters down your feet,

It extends and extends,

You can see the Vitruvian man by Da Vinci,

This man who is inside of a sphere when he's opening his legs and his arms,

He's stretching them out.

I do feel the aura in that way of different layers and sometimes it's misplaced,

Sometimes things are going here and going there or sometimes it's retracting,

It's retracting,

It's taking up less space because the real world is filling us with experiences where it's a little bit difficult to let our light shine.

I'm not going to say anything is healthy or unhealthy,

I just want you to feel back into yourself,

To feel back into your essence,

Into your energy because it just feels wonderful and I know it can be trying,

It still is to me after years of working with opening myself up,

Opening myself up to my own feelings,

To my own heart,

The last few days there's a lot of energy right now,

A lot of difficult processes that are happening to everybody around and for me it's been difficult because it makes me cry,

It makes me feel things that were maybe not in sight.

It's just difficult energy and what I see it,

What I understand is that there is something that comes,

That gets downloaded into our system.

It's like when I talked about the PDF,

Like we are downloading the energy of these days and then we actually have to learn how to go into that folder,

Open it,

Read it,

Not jump into another YouTube video or just like continue to read the PDF and then process it,

Write about it,

Feel it,

Do something about it and this is what I feel like with every portal,

Like those PDFs get downloaded or finally you find your way through them,

They have been there for four years and finally they become a recent opened folder and then you're like okay let's just look it up,

So processing it.

So I was done with that energy,

I have a couple of questions,

How do I know my achievement is working?

Well when you practice,

Sometimes,

Okay the achievement is very powerful,

It's like okay you saw the light,

You felt the tingles and then when you're doing the work,

Suddenly you're alone because before you were attuned and now you're alone doing the practice.

It comes with time and it comes when you need it.

With Reiki they say that even if you don't feel it,

Even if you don't see it,

Even if you don't hear it,

When you're doing a session on someone it still is working,

Whether you believe in it or not and for me the first times I could not feel and then it just came all rushing.

It's just like the more I was trusting the fact that I was actually still doing it,

Whether it's working or not,

I was still you know doing the thing,

That's when everything came rushing and I started being clear-sentient,

Where just everything started to download and then you know they say you have psychic gifts for the time that you need them and sometimes you can be clear-audient for a month and then it disappears or like clear-voyant for years and then it disappears.

You are more than the gifts but yeah your achievement is working,

You've been attuned,

Every session that you do is working.

After that are you having expectations for it,

Are you expecting miracles or are you facilitating something knowing that the person is going to get everything that they need?

You know?

When I do a session it's you know I gave this exercise for example of doing this practice and it's great and it can go so many other ways so that's like a structure,

That's like a setter,

An order of doing the things but whenever I go with someone and I go and do a session I just listen to myself and I listen to the guides because sometimes they're going to say we're going to start with the ear,

Sometimes we're going to start with the feet and then we're going to do something totally different and my hands are going to move in a totally different way and just you know it's working.

Whatever happens it's working,

You were you know,

It's working for everybody so it's like there is no way it's not working but listen to yourself and trust not that this is working but trust the fact that you're doing it,

You know?

This is great,

You're doing it.

So you woke up again last night with the same vibrations that you felt the night of the attunement,

Is that normal?

That you know it can take 10 days like when we do a session the things can come and just like settle down and like take 10 days so it's the same with the attunement,

Usually it's like one big part but because we're also in this big moment of like those portals,

We're nearing the quenelx,

What are your Virgo placements you know?

It might have you know as you,

I remember for you it was like you were supposed to receive it at midnight but it came at 2.

30 once you closed the screen so I'm sure you received things and maybe they're giving you more,

You know your guys are like I gave you everything,

I gave you all the levels,

I attuned you to one,

Two and master and that goes for everybody watching the live that was in this ceremony so you know maybe you received one and two and then they were like oh maybe she can get master right now and you know they do the thing you know I'm here I'm preparing the thing and then whenever your conscious self is like deciding that you want this it might not work that way and you know your soul is deciding okay I actually cleared out some storage and now we have two gigabytes more space into our internal computer so we can download the master one and then you get it,

Keep up the good work,

Keep clearing,

Keep doing you know doing the exercises actually is just clearing you as well again and again so oh that's great there you go yeah you know now that you have Reiki you can start giving it to objects as well and I was thinking about this yesterday it's like if you buy a notebook you can fill it with Reiki and it's not in the sense of you know making a spell but you could prepare the notebook with the intention and like giving it Reiki,

The fact that every time you're gonna open this notebook you're gonna get motivated to do the work you know manifesting plus objects plus whatever you decide so you could do something with your altar and you know just play like the whole thing is like Reiki is like a lot of potential you could do whatever you want with it some people are knitting scarves and giving Reiki and then selling it and it's a Reiki infused scarves and that's just an example but I think it's interesting and I think that you know whatever you want to play with does that feel good though because I'm fire does that feel okay for you yeah yeah just connecting with yourself and continuing when you're doing the meditation you know I showed the fact that you can do the hands or you can do it you know with the distance or touching your skin but you can also do it within your head like that's what I wanted to jump into with this this group talking right now I want to jump into an aura cleanse it's like we don't depending on the people sometimes it works best if you're visualizing it instead of actually putting your hands for me like for six months I only used my hands when I was doing Reiki and one day I arrived back from the airport from flying 14 hours and I was exhausted and I had like all the cramps of you know being in a flight and all the messed up stuff and I was too tired to use my hands so I just did it with my head and I just okay I did it with my head but now I would say doing it visualizing it from your heart you know like opening your heart chakra and like feeding this energy but at the time I did it with my head and it worked in a second like when I do Reiki with my hand sometimes it takes 20 minutes to actually remove all the tension in my back but with my head it was like in a second in a second I was like oh fuck and it could be placebo but it's just like the end result is the same like all my pain is gone and I can now fall asleep so today I want to go into the aura cleanse so we talked about seven chakras so if you want to visualize something or if you want to use your hands whatever it you know whatever gets you for me when I close my eyes that's when all the magic starts to come and that's when I can visualize everything that's when I can understand energy that's everything just happens that way so if you want to visualize and not use your hands or if you want to close your eyes and use your hands like whatever feels good but I want to just like jump into it so we're gonna I have a selenite and an amethyst is holding my phone but let's just you know go into it by the way crystals crystals are interesting to work with but ultimately you have to activate them you have to give it energy so that it gives you energy so with Reiki I always understand that we are like a hundred percent battery and then I'm gonna give ten percent to this crystal and it means that I am focusing my a part of my ten percent on it's a selenite so it clears it's just clears clears and clears so I'm gonna give ten percent I'm gonna tell it okay this is your mission right now we're gonna do this and then when it's done I clear it I retract my energy into me and that's it and then the crystal is the crystal so it has a soul a life of its own but it needs to be you know activated and then I'm gonna close my eyes and I'm gonna visualize and I'm gonna talk through the steps and you're welcome to do it the way that you want so we're gonna take by you know we're gonna start by taking a few deep breath I like to really imagine the oxygen just going up the nose and like almost just going behind the eyes and covering the eyes as a beautiful embrace of you know protecting you and then it goes down we're gonna start by visualizing a lot of waves coming and rushing our forehead coming and it's just trickling down the forehead is cold water it has salt in it so it's a magnetic salt water that just comes down and now this coming down with salt water it has the effect of selenite which is a mineral it's salt as well so we're gonna see this beautiful series of waves coming down towards the throat it's creating even more waves and they're just clashing down the foot and going around the shoulders and then it starts to go down the shoulders all the way to the arms the chest the heart the freshness of the water feels great against the heart that is this beating warm organ and it's been through a lot today we're facing our illusions we're opposite neptune it's not easy but neptune is the god of water it's the underwater it's the underworld the world of illusions and dreams it's in prices so it's also a lot of fishes and the ocean and dreams and escaping so if we have to face the fact that we're escaping a lot of our things at least let's create the escape ourselves so whenever you're not feeling that great just daydream try to counter the anxiety by actually creating your own scenario something that makes you feel great so this water is now at the navel it goes down and down it's also breaking down your back resting at your hips and then going down the legs the thighs the knees the scrapped knees the flexible knees that hold us hold our balance all our movements our actions our creations in this world then go down to the ankle the ankles of flexibility and then they go down the right feet where it has collected all the bad stuff all the old stuff all the toxicity all the things that do not belong to us the past versions of us the past actions that we're not so proud of the past relationships the past interactions with the world that were difficult and then also down the left feet where it's breaking down all the past feelings the difficult blocks and resistance that we have around our feelings and then it goes out so now we're going to work with a chakra that I didn't introduce yet and it's called the earth chakra I want you to continue to close your eyes the earth chakra is under our feet it's three meters down it's under our feet and it's a spiky urchin it really looks like an urchin it has a warm orange heart and it's a spiky sea urchin you know like a hedgehog very brown very spiky and it's the one that grounds us inside of the earth it's following us wherever we go on the globe it's walking under us it's like a pin and this one has seen a lot it chooses what we are going to experience it filters us it looks incredibly powerful it's vibrant it's strong it's protecting us but it's also aligning us to our past lives our past stories and it chooses what to you know reconnect you with so that so that you can move on learn the lesson and face it so I want you to imagine your etheric hands which are another one of the layers of your aura and imagine your etheric hands grabbing this earth chakra and brushing it off we're going to brush off all the little clogs all the little things that is caught on in your past and in your future in your present and we're going to remove the clogs everyone has their own visualization so if your hands are dusting it or if you're using a hoover or if you have a dragon and you can say Dracarys to it and then the fire will only burn old energies whatever works for you we're going to continue to just brush it down wash it you can imagine a car wash a lot of soap a lot of sponges and we're going to clean I can already feel that there were tentacles trying to grab at us from our feet that were around this earth chakra but not part of our energy and we had grabbed a lot of tentacles and they were trying to grab us to pull us down that's interesting because it's like tentacles what lives under the water you know octopuses octopi and you know all them underwater mammals and fishes so they were here and we're removing them and putting them back into the water they don't need to stay with us so this water that came tricking down our body and our skin this water is allowed to go into this earth chakra and to just cleanse this sea urchin is now inside of our saltwater this earth chakra is cleansed I'm going to create roots on my chakra to connect with deeper layers of the earth to warm itself against the magma against the fire of the earth the core and I'm going to say hello how can I help you hi thank you for being here thank you for nourishing us I'm here I'm on this planet and I thank you for all the things that you give me so I'm gonna give and I'm gonna open my heart give back to this magma to this fire to this earth and I'm gonna ask for a moment a word an advice whatever comes and whatever comes to you first trust the word that comes to you let this planet speak with you and tell you what is your specific advice now we're gonna go up and come back into our body you can drink a little bit and once you feel great we're gonna go into another chakra so we're gonna go back to the source of the water when the water was coming down into our skull into our forehead the water let's just zoom out and see where the water was coming from above the crown chakra there are a few other chakras that connect us to the divine some are very personal and some are transpersonal where our higher self is residing and looking over different dimensions are above us giving us messages through dreams or anything else that we say to connect with and I want to work with the soul star which is you know two meters two meters and a half above our head looks like the merca by silver so it's those two triangles one going up and one going down like the star of David but it's moving so the triangle that goes up is moving clockwise the triangle that goes down is moving counterclockwise and I know it's a stretch so imagine them like this but I want you to visualize this chakra over your head moving always at the ready to take you if you want to transcend and go to the astral plane Uranus isn't horus right now it's a very grounded earth energy so we're gonna connect to this beautiful Merkaba star who was dripping salt water on us and already I can see the opacity is not transparent the opacity of of this star this silver shining this moon reflection is not a hundred percent clear so we're gonna clean so whether you want to imagine a window cleaner and some tissue or if you want to use your hands or you visualize it waking up and shining more as your heart chakra shines and radiates more it's up to you I'm going to do that that way I'm gonna open my heart I'm gonna feel it shining and bursting through with light into it it's reinforcing the tunnel the connection between our intuition our higher self and our hearts so this is a beautiful exercise you can do every week every month whenever you want radiating it even more shining it even more now we're gonna look at those two chakras one is at our feet one is above our head and we're going to draw arcs arc line going all around us and connecting those two chakras to one another and once they connect they create this beautiful light it just automatically cleans the entire aura especially on the right side I can feel that yeah all the earth signs are here to connect us with our movement with our action with our rational so the right side is being filled with cleanse grounding movements promises okay so what I get is that there's actually something on the left that is trying to keep your attention so that you don't look on the right side so we're going to talk to them we're gonna say each to their own we're gonna listen to both of you it's an unconscious pattern I'm gonna listen to you heart self that wants to be considered and I'm also gonna listen to all my obligations all my promises all my ambitions all my desires and I'm gonna make both of those things happen and I'm gonna plan it and it's going to be a connection between me my highest self and the earth okay the energies are at peace so when we cleanse we don't only have to think of toxicity has to be removed we can also talk with them so if you're following this live try to see if you're actually feeling other energies around you and note them down and then we can ask questions but try to keep track of what's happening around you you know in the space of your aura do you hear do you feel do you see do you understand something is here is it scaring you is it actually speaking does it what does it want the minute you give them attention and you create an algorithm where everybody is inside of it it works and we can come back fully for me I can see this energy is just coming from the shoulders back into the heart so everywhere I was whether it's up and down on the left on the right right now it felt like trickling down my shoulders and back into the heart and I see it as a magnet and this magnet is just bringing everybody again here all the fragments all the different things all the thoughts everything is back again in the hearts and we ground we drink we eat we do our whatever feels good okay I'm gonna smile like a fool because I feel really smiley right now it felt good it felt really good so I want you to keep note of whatever was going on whoever was around and whenever you do this to address them to ask them questions you are the mother or the father or the parent of all of those things all of those entities it's not a scary dead person or a demon it's usually you a little bit younger or past life of you or an ancestor who is just staying with you because you actually have the same life lessons and they want to see you unlock this because they're feeling it inside of them still so when you dress them with love instead of okay when I was considering this work I would get scared of oh who would come to me and I think it's a very human response of you know being scared but when you get scared you're only gonna get experiences of fear that are gonna come and I stay very strong with my boundaries of what as I said I use my words to say this is happening this is not gonna happen those are my boundaries you do not get to come and talk to me at this time or that in the end love is sovereignty it's like I am inside of my heart and I love you and I see you but I own myself and you cannot get that out of me because I love me and I will love you and I will help you but I will stay inside of my energy this is how I feel the more and more I go and the more I do shadow work the more I understand that love is staying within my own energy and stopping myself from jumping into others to try to help them or get something from them or anything and or try to save them from their path because that's not love that's a form of thinking they're not old enough mature enough to do it for themselves so love is really staying within the boundaries of your space and loving them and seeing them and helping them in a way that they understand your love but you're staying inside and you're showing yourself to them as well like love is really I understand like just showing yourself all of the parts whether it's the fact that you have a lot of attention for them and you actually really care about them instead of saying oh you're quite helpless I have to do that for you again very virgo which is all the stallion of plants that we have right now but love is really the fact that you're conscious of the fact that yes they need you but you're also here to help because you love them and and you know you just like showing the fact that actually you care and it makes you feel things for them when you see them in this situation and not out of control but just out of I fucking care about you so I don't remember what I was doing what I was talking about but yeah just you know staying inside of your heart feeling your heart being really present inside of your heart and then connecting with all the things around and showing them that you really care about them you're listening you're paying attention you're gonna help them in the way that they don't have to grab at you and take you out of your center and you know scheduling those things for yourself you know scheduling a moment when you're gonna actually look at them and help them and take them higher you know bring them to high levels of love where if it's an ancestor to say hey I've got you like I've got you I understand I'm gonna deal with it but right now maybe your energy is not helping me and maybe it's actually making me relive the same trauma without ever finding the answer and this is why we have this thyroid problem or anything so I'm gonna bring you with the family I'm gonna bring you to the love I'm gonna take my heart and I'm gonna go with my heart there and you're gonna hold my hand and I'm gonna leave you with family and I'm gonna make sure that we all love you that everybody's good and then I'm gonna come down and you will stay with them out of love you know love with boundaries but love ultimate love and not doing it from the head of being afraid but heart so yeah thank you do you have questions yeah and yeah we've got it like it's not easy in the next days or in the past days it's not been easy but we've got it you know we've got it it's coming down it's happening it's we can do it if we're being served something it
