This is a talk and a Reiki meditation given within the context of my weekly Reiki School teachings. I thought you'd enjoy calling forth your Highest Self. This teaching helps you get in touch with that side of yourself and be able to take the steps in being.

Welcome everyone! Just doing the work that requires to be here Welcome everyone! Can you hear me? Hi! Can everyone hear me? I'm gonna try to do this without hurting your ears Yes, Did I do it? Yes, Hi! Welcome everyone! So many from the Reiki school Welcome! Hi, Hi everyone How do you feel? Today is not a fun energy And I just want. . . You know, I was thinking like, God, Can we actually make it? And I was like, Yeah, You know what? This is exactly the kind of days where we need to meet We need to hang out and just meditate for a few minutes Thank you so much, Okay, So you can hear me, That's perfect So, Let's start First of all, Does anyone of you have any kind of question? Regarding this week, Regarding anything, Do you have any question? Just type it there and I'll be answering them But other than that, In the meantime I've been talking about the shadow a lot You know me, For months, Years I've been just studying the shadow And it was so easy to For me at least, It was so easy to see my flaws And see where I was stopping myself in ways And to see actually the higher self Which is the best version of me And for you to see your higher self and to see the best version of you That's another challenge And I think that for us, Specifically healers It's a challenge because we actually have to accept that there's a good part in us You know, Seeing the shadows, Of course there's good parts in the shadows But it's mostly about staying humble And being like, I do have faults Oh yeah, I do have those problems, Let's fix it And it's kind of easy because It's not easy, But we're in the world where we have to be productive about things We have to be productive, We have to get better, We have to run on that wheel So shadow integration is actually like promising success Promising a better integration of who we are And of course it requires being courageous Being brave and seeing those things But I'm writing the Thymus Chakra Retreat Which is on May 22nd, I'm writing and consulting And it's all about channeling, But all about your higher self And it's incredible But it's also super triggering because I'm going for the work And I'm doing different exercises where I'm meeting my higher self And it's difficult to be like Oh, I recognize my power And then of course what happens is that The universe is meeting you with examples, Situations Where you're going to have to meet your power And step up and step up and step up So one of those examples is the card of the chariot in Tarot And that has been popping up Like I just pick up my deck and I'm like I know that the chariot is going to come And I start and one minute later the chariot is here And it's like, We're watching you The chariot card is all about You're walking, You're advancing, You're moving forward And people are seeing you And that's the triggering part for me The people are seeing you So I've been asked to step up the game I've been given beautiful opportunities Things that I wanted, Things that I manifested, Right? But once it comes you're like Oh god no, What is happening? No no no, It was much easier when it was a possibility A potential, Not a reality So has anyone been through that? Do you want to comment? Other than that, Let's just do Reiki Let's have an exercise together To anyone who's watching, This is a Reiki class That I'm giving publicly today But most of my students are here And what we do on the weekends is that we hang out, We ask questions And we experiment with energy We shape-shift, We create an energy which is Depending on the week, Sometimes it's serenity, Sometimes it's healing, Sometimes it's grounding And today it's about meeting, Like seeing, Experiencing, Feeling The best version of ourself Which isn't to say the person you'll be in five years Which isn't to say the person you'll be when you're 70 Age does not equal progress or growth Not with everyone It's about meeting the person who's the most Clear, Grounded, Advancing in life With, You know, Just maybe less ego Maybe more thinking of others Or maybe more aware of what we are worth And yeah, Let's go Let's go So if you've been attuned to Reiki, We can start together By rubbing our hands I would love for us to do the exercise and feel through that experience Yeah, So let's do that First I'm gonna read Tisha's comment That's my experience right now, Whenever I practice with the Akashic Records I can no longer pretend like I'm not good enough Like that isn't an option And how do you feel about this? Because that's difficult, Right? You're exactly against the wall like I am right now Like, Oh, I actually can't go back to whatever shitstorm was before When I was pretending I was small Like, I can't, Like now I actually You know, I'm gonna quote Spiderman With great power comes great responsibility The more we are our highest self The more things there are to be handled Which doesn't mean work or sacrifice It just means that you have more energy Your aura is bigger So technically you're holding on to more energy Lorena is saying I feel the same about Reiki even Felt not good enough to do what I'm passionate about But it's all a lie of the mind Yeah, Or maybe it's not a lie Maybe it's just like a protective mechanism Tisha, I'm just trying to work through it And be compassionate with myself This is all new so I'm just allowing myself to go through it Right? And this is definitely like an energy that's happening right now Like within, Like I'm sure that if I'm writing this retreat If I'm doing the Thymus work right now Which is this chakra It's because my guides are like This is the time when people need it Like I've witnessed every day is a different unfolding of this energy We're always talking about divine masculine, Divine feminine We're becoming divine We're becoming big So I know it's triggering But Nisha being faced with my choice to take on a leadership role scares me The Emperor has been showing up for me That's good I know it's so scary to be a leader I'm trying to create a mantra with myself Where I'm like I'm a leader And it doesn't mean we weren't before We've always been leaders We just were shying away from it So we had shitty situations where people were maybe overpowering us Maybe having too much authority Or maybe around people that were forcing us to be leaders against our will Because they were not taking charge of things I was thinking about this during the week Where I will never say I'm a leader And never take on the responsibility of a situation Unless no one's there to stand up for it And I was thinking Because it feels like a leader is an egoic thing Like I'm the Alpha I'm the one who's in charge Look at me But no, It's a service You're basically taking on the role And that role isn't fun at all It's not fun You're taking on the role in order to lead all of us The community The thing Out of whichever situation we're in I was thinking about it with politics In my country we have whatever is happening in France But we definitely need leaders that are aware, Grounded, Honest We need that And because we don't have that, We have by default other people We have Macron right now But before and before and before And you have the same in the US Most of you are American By default you had this guy because you didn't have the leader I mean you had Bernie I guess I'm not going to get political But the situation where you have a leader that people can rely with So it has nothing to do with ego When you're at that level Being a leader has nothing to do with ego It's actually being in service of the community And being like okay I'm going to just grab on all the reins And we're going to go through that We're going to, You know, Save Not save us but be of service And it's not fun I guess I mean it's not fun from my different scales of where I've been asked to do things Within family and other places Yeah it was never about the ego It was just about the fact that everything is in disarray Like there needs to be someone that just like steps up and decides to do things Alright let's do some Reiki right? Ready for meeting your higher self? So let's start with the idea that for all the people who are not part of Reiki Or any of that work that I'm doing Although scary is such a beautiful way to see it yes Yeah yeah I mean it doesn't need to be scary I guess it's a sobering thought right? So let's go So for everyone here So we have the physical body right? And we have the different layers that make up our aura We have a soul We have a mental mind Within the mental mind we have the spectrum of positive negative Which can be constructive destructive Nothing is good or bad right? It's just different polarities expressing themselves Sometimes we need to destroy in order to have the space And then to construct And then when you find the balance and you can be your neutral self That's when you can make the decision So you listen to all of the things that are happening Your ego, Inner child, Your protective self, Your self-sabotage self Like we've been through this, We've talked about it last week Like the idea of all the alerts and then you put them on your dashboard And then you can advance in your virtual reality You have the red flags, You have the advice The usual structure that works for your specific energy And then you advance right? Beyond all that we have the highest self So we can say highest self, We can say higher self Whichever, Let's just go with it So that to me and I've seen it too in all the different you know School of thoughts and people sharing There is a higher being than me that has put its consciousness through me And experiences planet earth through me I think I lost a lot of people right? Alright and that highest self is maybe less human than me Less you know in lack mentality And mindsets of I'm gonna get hurt and all those things And that person is able to make decisions That are going to look different to my community To this humanity, All of the collective And that person is animated by a bigger purpose Than whatever level of frequency I'm at right now Which could be you know, Making money so I can buy a sweater Examples So when we meet our highest self it's a way to connect with our intuition We talk a lot about guides, Guardian angels, Intuition And the more I work with it the more I see that it's just me Right? It's not angel, Shamwell or you know Of course it can be there But mostly I'm entering a connection with myself With my highest self And this highest self knows my past lives Knows my past years and understands the soul contract that I made before I came here So it's able to give me a very sober, Neutral perspective Much like channeling the Akashic Records And it's able to help me to navigate this And when I say me and I it's the same for you if you agree with that I'm not saying this is my dogma I'm just saying this is what I believe in And maybe that could help you, You know? So you pick and choose, You know you make your recipe for your own spirituality And if something resonates, That's cool If it doesn't, Write to me, Challenge me, Ask me questions I'm always going to respect your opinions So I think it's interesting that we can have conversations Sure, Let's go So instead of talking, Let's just experience it, Right? Let's just ground back in So right now I'm sitting on the floor, You can sit on the floor, Wherever you are Just like sit, Inhale very deeply, Just like let's take it in Let's just close our eyes I'm going to make hand movements, Which is like language That will help with our just grounding And you can keep your eyes open or closed And just follow along this river So we're going to call on our higher self energetically And have a taste of what it looks like Have a taste of what it feels like to be with them for a few minutes With them for a while, Alright? So close your eyes Or not, Just breathe in And we're going to start on the crown, So the top of the head And we're going to start to visualize a big cup A gigantic cup that is ready to receive energy from your higher self For those who know tarot, The high priestess has a beautiful crown Like the moon, With a beautiful sphere So we're going to visualize this So you're going to breathe in and feel that cup Resting on top of your head And ready to receive that sphere And that sphere will slowly come down from the sky And whichever color you choose to let it come to Come to you, Sorry Continue to breathe in deeply And that sphere is slowly coming down into your cup How does it feel? Which taste does it have? Does it feel like authority, Love, Support, Direction, Courage? And this beautiful sphere is shining, It's radiating this light And as it sits on top of your head, The light is becoming bigger And the rays are entering your head, Your ears, Your smile And this light will continue to go down through your throat Your thymus chakra I'm just going to give a little bit of reiki here so you can calm down and feel safe There the light crosses through your shoulders and down your chest And still you can feel the light, Feel the energy that is attached to the sphere And let it come down your chest, Into your intestines, Your guts, Your navel Down your hips Down your thighs And it's grounding you more and more into earth Down your knees, Giving you a sense of direction and support Down your calves And down your ankles, Into your feet And there it's going to start to grow and touch the earth Your energy is a part of this planet while you are alive So this energy is going to continue to come down, Down the axis of your chakras And it's going to meet this earth star chakra that is down your feet into the earth And it's going to continue to nourish it with the energy that is resting on top of your crown And I'm going to stop talking and I'm going to let the energy speak to you Listen, Is there a few sentences, A few words that this energy is telling you, Is communicating to you? If you don't feel the energy you can start again from the forehead and you visualize it going down into your feet Down your spine Now I want you to see, Does your body have the same size as it had before or do you feel the energy made you like a giant? Much bigger than who you are. You don't need to open your eyes But sense the top of your head. Is it still where it was? What about the width of your shoulders? Do you feel extended? Expensed? And we're going to let this light come back, Come up, All the way until your heart, Your thymus, Just between your throat and your heart And we're going to put our hands just there and we're going to stay there Open to all communications What is it telling you? And if this doesn't speak to you, If you don't hear anything, You can say out loud, Can you be more present? Can you be more expressive? I want to understand you And once you have it, Once you have that message, You can let the light go back all the way up to your crown You can stay there, Thank it And know that you can channel this back again whenever you want. You just need to activate that cup Breathe in deeply and out And if you have any message, Any comment, We can stay here And if not, We can move on to the school and have our usual hangout Take your time, Pick a piece of paper and a pen and write down all the things that you just heard Take notes, Save it so that you can do it, Put it in place during the week, During the month, During the year Take your time, Don't worry You're welcome. Take your time to come back, Be physical, Move your hands, Move your shoulders, Move your hips, Move your legs, Shake yourself Shake yourself back physically, Drink some water, But definitely take notes Take notes and if you have any question right now, You know me, I'm here And if you'd rather ask a question for later, Just write later and then we'll meet at the Reiki school and have our life there Alright? So that I know if I need to log on there So I didn't do the meditation because I was guiding you and I really needed to be conscious But when I do this, It's powerful and it's quite simple, Right? And what I wanted to show all of you also for people who don't do Reiki or who has never tried this kind of meditations You know, Arithmetic studies, Esoterica, All those things, It feels like we have to have so many tools So many things put in place to do it on specific nights, You know? No, You just need to sit down for 10 minutes and that's it And you can enter in such a deep connection, Right? Good, So you just met yourself, That's what you just did You met your highest self, You met yourself, Your soul You have a channel to that person, To that you Let it be a presence in your life, Let it be something that can tell you with utmost love And care and respect and integrity, Clarity, Direction During, You know, During your life, During your day, During your morning, Whenever you want So we just finished our meditation Do you want us to hang out in the Reiki school? You know, For me it's the feeling, So I want to know if you've seen, I don't know, A gigantic being Okay, Branishas or symbols? Branishas or symbol master? You looked so hot Yeah right, Me too A giant serpent, Beautiful Kundalini is very active these days The Kundalini energy, You're so pink What kind of pink? Pale one? Dark one? Oh, Blue skinned Yeah, I've seen myself in blue as well It was interesting I hear my own voice but a lot softer and composed than my usual voice if that makes sense It does? That's nice I heard be not afraid, We are one I don't visualize yet but felt deeply for sure Hi Jem, How are you? Bright pink, My ball was a peasant Opalescence, It's all the colors right? Iridescent? No, Opalescence is like an opal That's beautiful Not bad Jem We just led a meditation so we are talking about what we just saw I just realized that I had already met my highest self during a meditation but I just didn't know what it was There you go Isn't it the most empowering thing to realize that your guides, All of your guides, Were just fractions or bigger parts of yourself all this time? You are the one looking out for yourself You're the one who's been guiding yourself whether you're from, You know, Wherever you are I felt my time as Glenn really expanding and craving to give love to people Right? This is exactly what I'm going with during my retreat on the Thymus Gland Like the Thymus chakra The more you connect with your highest self, The more you communicate, The more you want to give back The more you build community And this is what I'm doing with my retreats All of my retreats are on transpersonal chakras So they are not the seven individual chakras that we know They are the other chakras, The zeal chakra, The Thymus chakra, And then others And they're transpersonal because they lead you to get to yourself Above and beyond what we understand as ourself You know, Zeal, Subconscious, Thymus, Highest self And what does it do? It makes us a bigger part of humanity A bigger part of community, Of wherever we go Isn't that beautiful? Yes, It's amazing My attention was brought to a blockage I have There you go So now you have the location of that blockage And now you can, You know, You're aware of it That's the most beautiful thing you can do I heard songs, Is that normal? Everything is normal I mean, Given what we're doing, Nothing is normal So I don't think there is anything that is normal, Not normal I don't think we can use those words But if you heard songs, Maybe you have a musical ear Maybe you can recreate them, Tisha And to let go is something I hear so often Yeah, But now how do we let go, Right? Stacey, She said being graceful Wait, Wait, Wait And soft will allow you to be who you want Without having to sacrifice your power And without having you to play small And when you told us to check where the top of our head was It was taller, It definitely felt a lot higher Good, Right? So now you have a bigger aura whenever you want to call it forth Remember to close it at the end So that you don't take in other people's energy But yeah, Greater power, Greater responsibilities It was empowering and beautiful God, I really want to do this meditation now But I have to stay awake here I'm gonna do that later Yeah, Do you have any other question Or do you want to speak about a specific theme Your shoulder felt higher up Yeah I was watching Lilo and Stitch today, This morning I woke up feeling really bad And it's really interesting because a lot of us A lot of people who do this kind of work Have been commenting on this because they're waking up right now in America And people are like I feel like shit What is this energy today? So this is exactly what happened to me But I wake up in France, So it's earlier And I was feeling horrible, So I was like, You know what, Inner child And I watched Lilo and Stitch And it's about starseeds and monsters and different aliens And I forgot about, I mean I didn't forget but I just connected with it on a very different level this time So I don't know, Maybe that could interest you Plus the Hawaiian songs and Elvis, That was good How often can we do this? I mean the minute you're grounding yourself You do it as much as you want You just have to find the balance between You know, Higher self and being grounded on earth So always being between those four elements You know, Earth, Air, Water, Fire So ground yourself Don't become so airy, So connected to the other things that you forget That you are also human Because otherwise this is gonna activate the unconscious in different ways And suddenly everything is a spectrum So if you're really high Then you're gonna be really high on the other level as well So balance, Balance yourself This is why I started with the zeal chakra first When I do those retreats I was like, First we have to be in the subconscious And then we go into the higher heart How often can we. . . Yeah, Same question Whenever you want And then you know you can also do it a few times a week And then completely forget about it until next month Again, We're women, So cycles We have different energies, We have different hormones And each of them is calling us for different kind of energy So let yourself flow with what you want But keep a reminder That's what works with me Post-its Post-its everywhere With different options I lit a candle inside my salt lamp And had a rock near me to help me remain grounded That's so beautiful That's so nice I really want one I don't have a salt lamp My little sister has one She's so cute She's 9 And she has one of those lamps But I think she broke it It doesn't work anymore Alright, Let me try to see if there is another thing I could share So remember at the beginning when I was talking about how Triggering it could be to Actually understand how much power there is It was the talk and then we had the experience Now that you activated that Of course I'm going to save this life And I'm going to post it on the Reiki School Now that we activated that through the meditation Your life is going to be offered different opportunities Where you're actually going to be given the experiences To do exactly what your high self told you right now When we said, Ground, Let go And that could happen within the day So remind yourself that this is part of the notifications on your dashboard And try to take that in If it's something to let go And then you receive the opportunity where There's something that needs you to let go Try to let go I know, Not easy If you don't find a way Ask your tools You have Reiki, You have cards Get your tools And ask your high self again and again Okay, You told me this I have this situation, How do I do this? Can you teach me? If they tell you things and it still doesn't make sense Just say, Alfred, It doesn't make sense to me I don't get it Can you shed some light? And then see what happens But you're allowed to ask the questions You're allowed to ask for clarity It doesn't make you stupid, We're just human We have a different way of understanding things And our high self and other starsees and other guides and other beings They have a different way of understanding things So for us, In all the humility Sometimes we need more More clarifications, Right? What else? So you're gonna get those opportunities You're gonna get different things that are gonna come And it might not be easy, Right? And again, You can talk about it together in the school halls And just chat together in the group chat And just tell us your story Tell us your questions We can all relate to one another, Me included, Right? You know, During the week I was being asked to do things That I had been manifesting And I was like, Can I actually do this? Oh god, I wanted it and now I feel triggered And I went with it, I did it So yeah, Scary, Right? But it's life, Gotta step up to the game And then have fun and then feel proud And be like, Whoa, I totally rocked that I totally let go when I needed to let go Right?
