Sit back,

Relax and just close your eyes.

Because in a few moments you're going to be more relaxed than you've ever known yourself to be.

I'm going to mention certain parts of your body and as I do,

Just feel that part begin to relax.

Just feel that part begin to relax.

In order to help you relax,

I want you to imagine yourself in a beautiful magical forest.

It's almost night time and the sky is turning a beautiful indigo blue,

The stars are coming out and the moon is lighting up the rich forest trees.

And off in the distance,

You hear the hypnotic sound of a creek and the crickets seem to be lulling you to sleep.

And as you lie motionless,

You begin noticing a beautiful white light just above the crown of your head.

And this white light is the most relaxing light you've ever seen.

And as it begins to lower around the crown of your head,

You seem to be touched with a desire and willingness to relax deeper and deeper with every breath you take.

Continuing to lower now,

This light begins to touch your forehead and as it does,

It begins to relax your forehead.

It begins to relax your eyebrows and you become so very relaxed.

And you feel this relaxation coming around your eyes now.

And your eyelids seem to become very,

Very heavy.

So heavy,

They don't seem to want to open.

They may flutter a little bit and that's okay.

Just feel how heavy they are.

The relaxation comes down around your facial muscles and all the little muscles in the facial area just begin to relax.

Relaxation comes further down the mouth now.

And the hundreds of little muscles around the mouth just start to relax.

So much so that the lower jawbone becomes heavy and the teeth part.

The mouth may even open up a little bit and that's okay as you continue deeper and deeper relaxed.

Feel this relaxation now around the lower jawbone and behind the ears so that all the nerve endings behind the ears just seem to relax.

As you continue deeper and deeper and even deeper.

This relaxation goes to the back of your neck now.

Down around the shoulders.

So much tension seems to go to these shoulders.

But now you feel the shoulders just begin to relax.

You can even feel them drop a little.

And this relaxation seems to go to the backbone now.

And as it goes down the spinal column,

It seems to go out to the sides.

So that every muscle,

Every nerve and every fiber in your back just seems to relax.

The relaxation seems to come now to the lower back and down around the bottom.

This warm sense of relaxation flows into the thighs,

Down to the knee and around the calf of the leg.

Down around the heel,

At the bottom of the foot.

As each and every toe just relaxes more and more and even more.

As you go deeper,

Deeper,

Even deeper,

Calm,

Very peaceful and very,

Very relaxed.

And now,

If necessary,

Allow yourself to shift your body however you need in order to become more comfortable and even more relaxed.

That's right.

We're going to proceed to relax the rest of you now,

Starting with the throat muscles.

Feel the throat muscles just start to relax.

Relaxation comes down the front of the shoulders,

Down the upper arm,

Over the elbow,

Down into the forearm and into the hands.

And each and every finger relaxes more and more and even more.

As you go deeper,

Deeper,

Deeper,

Relaxed.

Just relaxing,

Doing so very,

Very well now as you continue to relax.

Feel this relaxation coming back to the throat muscles.

Feel this relaxation moving down into your chest.

And all the muscles and all the organs within the chest now begin to relax.

And as the relaxation moves into the stomach area,

All the muscles,

All the organs within the stomach just seem to relax.

And this warm sensation of relaxation goes down to the thighs,

Over the knees,

Down into the chin bone,

Across the instep of the foot,

Into the foot itself.

As each and every toe just relaxes more and more and even more.

As you go deeper,

Deeper,

Relaxed deeper.

Feeling calm,

Feeling peaceful,

Feeling very,

Very relaxed.

And as you imagine yourself standing in this forest,

Notice at the base of your feet is a beautiful stone stairway,

A stairway that leads downward to a very safe valley of relaxation.

And this staircase will lead you to a profound state of deep,

Deep relaxation,

Opening up the subconscious mind to the wonderful changes you'll be making in your life.

We're going to go down the stairs now and as I count down backwards from 10 to 0,

Each number will take you even deeper,

Deeper and even deeper.

Take that first step down.

9.

Deeper,

Deeper.

8.

Way down now.

7.

Deeper,

Deeper.

6.

Deeper,

Feeling very relaxed.

5.

Deeper,

Deeper.

4.

You're going into a deep state of relaxation now.

Going even deeper.

2.

Relax even deeper,

Feeling calm and safe.

1.

At the next number,

You will enter this beautiful place of peace and tranquility,

More relaxed and more peaceful than you've ever known yourself to be.

0.

Now,

I want you to imagine yourself standing in front of a sleek modern elevator.

As you press the button,

The doors slide open smoothly and you step inside.

And with the elevator descending gently down,

Down,

Down to this room,

A room you know very well but haven't visited in a long time.

And as the doors open,

You find yourself in that room,

So vast it fills your entire field of vision.

As you look inside this room,

You see screens and a dashboard with switches,

Knobs and sliders mounted along the walls.

And as you walk inside,

Close up to your right,

You see a beautiful golden sign that catches your eye.

This sign reads,

Core Control Room.

This is the control room of your subconscious mind.

And as you look around the fascinating collection of screens,

Switches,

Knobs and sliders on the dashboard,

You spot a large map hanging on the wall.

And as you approach this map,

You notice that it's covered in dust.

It hasn't been used in a long time.

Gently blowing off the dust,

You see intricate details and markings emerge with a big headline saying,

Control Guide.

The sub-headline reads,

Your Way Back Home.

As you study the map,

You see a legend in the corner indicating symbols that mark stops on the map.

As your eyes scan these stops,

You notice that each one features a picture of a knob a switch or a slider,

Along with its ideal setting.

On the first stop,

You see a switch labeled Self-Criticism.

And as you look over the dashboard,

You notice that this switch is turned on.

So go ahead now and reach up to turn that one off.

Just turn off that self-criticism.

That's right.

Moving along,

You notice another one.

It's a slider labeled Peace.

You see it's not at its ideal setting.

And so go ahead and reach up to the dashboard and slide it all the way to the top.

That's right,

Maximum inner peace.

Now at the third stop,

You see a knob labeled Confidence.

Go ahead and turn that knob all the way up.

Feel your confidence rising as you turn that knob all the way up.

Next,

You find a knob labeled Self-Trust.

That one's not fully turned up.

Now turn the volume of that knob up,

Up,

Up.

Full-blown self-trust.

That's right.

And with each stop,

You explore on the map.

With each and every setting,

You start making adjustments at the subconscious level,

Bringing greater ease,

Abundance,

And freedom into your work and life.

At the next stop,

You spot a slider for Joy.

Slide it up.

Slide it all the way up.

Notice there's another switch labeled Self-Doubt.

And go ahead now and turn that one off.

Just shut off the self-doubt.

That's right.

Notice that just off the side,

There's a laptop.

And as you approach this laptop,

You see a folder on the desktop labeled Beliefs.

This folder stores the outdated software or past programming of your life.

When you were born,

You were just right as you are,

Worthy and whole.

You had no fears besides the built-in fears such as loud noises and falling.

When you were born,

You had no disempowering beliefs or doubts about yourself.

You were born with total fullness and peace you needed to survive and grow.

But somehow along the way,

Your mind installed a software of negative programming.

And some of this negative programming comes from your environment.

And some of it comes from people who love you.

Now go ahead and move the cursor to click on the Beliefs folder and open it.

And as you open it,

You find another folder inside that says Identity.

Open that one up.

And as you open it,

Inside you find two files,

One that says Empowering Identity Beliefs and the other that says Disempowering Identity Beliefs.

Now go ahead and click on the one that says Disempowering Identity Beliefs.

And hit the Uninstall button now.

As you confirm deletion,

See a window pop up and it begins deleting all the disempowering beliefs you had about yourself,

Your worth and your power.

Watch as the progress bar shows these files being deleted.

Hundreds of limiting beliefs that don't support your true self,

Your soul expression.

Watch how all of these are deleted instantly and permanently from the hard drive of your subconscious mind.

As the progress meter rises above 60%,

Beyond 80%,

Beliefs that could be as old as your soul are being deleted at once.

All those beliefs that held you back as they reached 90%,

98%,

99% and finally 100%,

Watch the folder magically and completely disappear forever.

Now turn your attention back to the laptop's desktop.

Notice the other file labeled Empowering Identity Beliefs and hit the Install button right now.

As you do,

This installs a new powerful software.

And watch hundreds and thousands of new empowering beliefs from all the people you admire for how they lead their life are installed into the hard drive of your mind.

One of the new beliefs installed says,

I am worthy,

Just as I am.

You're right the way you are and you could not be doing anything and still be worthy.

Another belief says,

I trust myself and my abilities.

You are good enough,

You always have been and always will be.

And when there are moments you feel otherwise,

You know that this is just a perception,

A made up illusion of thoughts and that you have a choice.

You get to decide what thought you think next and you choose to trust yourself fully now.

Another powerful belief being installed right now is,

My attitude is one of gratitude.

Because you know the more gratitude you show for all the things you have in your life right now,

The more incredible things will move into your life.

And each morning you wake up and adopt this gratitude practice,

Actively looking for evidence and things in your life to be grateful for.

Another belief that's being installed right now is,

Inner peace is my natural state.

And another one that says,

When I rest,

I am open to more abundance.

You know that when you are in a peaceful state,

You are closer to your true nature.

You are open to being more playful,

Having more fun,

Both in your work and life,

Cracking jokes with people you like,

Making funny faces with people you love.

And this natural peace and ease brings you more and more abundance into your life.

You find it easier to show compassion to yourself every day.

And you find it easier to trust yourself every day.

You find it easier to trust the universe every single day.

You don't only know that you matter.

You feel that you matter.

Your emotions matter.

Your well-being matters.

This world needs you feeling joyful and at peace.

It needs you leading and working with ease.

This world is ready for your true authentic self.

And as you are being true to who you are,

Expressing your authentic needs,

Watch as more and more peace,

Joy and ease flow into your work and life in return.

This evening,

When you choose to go to bed and sleep,

Upon putting your head on your pillow,

You will go into deeper,

More restful,

More sound sleep than at any other time before in your life.

And if there's anything unresolved about this issue,

It will be worked out in the dream state.

And when you awaken in the morning,

It will be with a renewed sense of strength and vitality in your body and your mind clear and alert,

Your energy levels high,

Your vibration high.

In a moment,

I'll count from 1 to 5,

And at the count of 5,

Your eyes will open.

Your mind will be clear and alert.

Your body will become well-rested and refreshed,

As if after a power nap.

You will feel better than you have in a very long time,

Because there will be incredibly beautiful feelings moving throughout your mind.

It's important to remember,

To forget the things you don't need to remember.

And you'll only remember as much as your subconscious mind believes is useful for your conscious mind to know,

No matter how little you remember consciously.

As I count from 1 to 5,

You'll experience a warm,

Tingling sensation as an indication that something useful has taken place.

Mind-body-soul totally and completely integrated,

Noticing other thoughts returning back to your mind.

2.

Feeling the energy flowing out to your hands,

Feet,

And back into your body.

3.

Feel that energy getting stronger now,

Starting to breathe deeper and deeper,

Starting to move,

Beginning to shift,

Bringing some movement to your fingers and to your toes,

Taking a deep breath in and out.

4.

Taking a nice big stretch above your head.

And 5.

Eyes wide open,

Eyes wide awake,

Feeling powerful,

Feeling refreshed,

Feeling better than before.
