I'm a channel and an intuitive,
And I am a Reiki master teacher.
So I'm honored to share this video with you today.
Or a Reiki healing session slash self healing session.
So this is an opportunity for whoever is watching.
To simply receive.
The Reiki healing energy shared here.
Or to participate in a little self healing practice.
So,
Everyone has the ability to use Reiki healing energy.
And Not everyone.
.
.
Understands this.
Usually you receive a Reiki attunement.
To.
.
.
Emphasize to really bring out though that capacity to channel the universal energy but we all have that ability to do so without that attunement.
The attunement just really emphasizes that and opens up that channel for you.
So I know my mom has been,
My aunt is actually a Reiki master teacher as well.
And she had shown my mom.
For her headaches to just hold her hands over her eyes,
And she has found it has helped,
And she's never had an attunement.
I am interested to hear how you guys experience this if you do partake in the self-healing part.
All right.
So how this will work is I will channel the energy.
To anyone who wants to just simply receive the healing energy.
And.
.
.
But if you want to partake,
You can just follow my lead in the video.
So as we do a healing session,
I usually follow through the chakras.
So we start at the crown,
Go to the third eye.
The.
.
.
We go here to get the.
Right in the center of our brains there.
Go to the throat chakra,
The heart.
Solar plexus,
The sacral and the root chakra.
And so we'll.
Go through that and you will place your hands just as i am placing mine on yourself right and i'm curious to see how you experience the energy that comes through you may notice that your hands get warm You may feel tingling in areas.
You may feel tingling in areas other than where we have our hands placed.
The energy goes wherever it is needed,
So that is why everyone will experience something a little different.
You may find it simply relaxing.
I do my self-healing practice every morning.
And many times at night,
Especially if I'm having a hard time sleeping,
And inevitably I never finish my practice,
I fall asleep before I'm done.
So let's begin.
Let's find a comfortable place.
Sit up nice and tall or lay down with a nice straight spine.
And where we will begin,
I will begin with a silent prayer to call in angels and guides and Reiki ascended masters.
All right.
I will use some symbols and I won't specifically share those with you because that is a sacred.
So that does come with an attunement.
But we will utilize them here.
All right.
One moment while I call spirit guides and angels and those Reiki masters.
Alright,
Now as we begin,
We start.
With our hands on the crown.
Over the crown.
And we just try to relax.
Find peace.
Follow the breath a little bit.
That can help quiet the mind.
The chatter.
Generally when I'm doing a healing session I just remain here until intuitively I know it's time to move on We'll do that today.
You'll start to feel some warmth.
You may feel.
.
.
A twitch in your body somewhere throughout the practice.
That's okay.
That's just energy shifting.
You may feel some tension rising up in your chest as we move through.
That's also energy moving.
I find that's usually something that has to.
He released.
So my practice is usually to just breathe deeply as I feel that tension rising up.
Let it go.
Come back to that peaceful place.
Just simply allow the energy to do its work.
Next we'll go to the third eye and I'll remove my glasses.
So I usually cover the eyes and the third eye with my hands.
I always find this feels really good on the eyes if I've had a stressful day,
Looking at computers,
Reading a lot.
Super relaxing Find this is very helpful with headaches.
I strain.
Pension.
And just tiredness.
Next we move over to Over the temples.
And partially the ears is how that placement goes.
You can see is also very relaxing.
Sometimes if you're doing a self-healing session,
You'll find that especially these upper chakras.
You may feel it in your shoulders.
Of course,
If that becomes too intense,
You can simply move on.
Now then we move to our throat chakra.
Now you can do this in a couple ways.
You can do it like this.
This.
Front and back.
Our chakras.
Much go all the way through so you can do it either way almost sandwiching load that chakra into place Yes.
Or you can do this as well.
Whichever feels best for you,
Whichever is most comfortable.
And this,
Our throat chakra,
Is our.
.
.
Our truth.
Our.
.
.
Ability to speak our truth and And.
.
.
Honest in speaking what we feel,
Right?
What is true to us.
This is also helpful if you're not feeling well.
You may find that this feels good if you have a scratchy throat or a sore throat.
I will also do this for if my neck is hurting.
Now,
Sometimes this can be uncomfortable if someone feels like you're.
.
.
If it feels claustrophobic.
You can simply hold your hands away from yourself.
Many practitioners do a no touch.
Practice.
So.
.
.
That can feel better if you have some kind of sensitivity or phobia around choking or your neck.
Or you can simply go to the back.
Let's move down to the high heart chakra.
Higher part of your chest.
I find this position very relaxing.
We carry a lot of tension in this area.
Sometimes when you're doing a practice,
You can do your shoulders if we're carrying lots of tension in our shoulders.
Do it like this as well.
Never feels more comfortable,
But today we're just going to go to the high heart.
And essentially know that anytime you're doing Reiki,
Self-healing You can bring your hands wherever.
Think it needs to be.
Oftentimes in a session I'll intuitively know that someone needs some work on their right shoulder or their knee or whatever.
So that's also.
This chakra system is just a.
.
.
Perfect place to start.
And.
The energy will always go where it's most needed.
So once again,
If you're feeling any tension rising up,
Oftentimes we'll feel that here.
Simply breathe deeply.
Let it all go.
Now we'll come down to the heart chakra.
Hold your hands right in front of your chest.
Now,
If I'm with a client,
I would hold my hands above the chest.
Professionality but when I'm working on myself No worries there.
Our heart chakra is our space of love and relationships.
A oneness.
It's a great place to do some work if you felt like you've been done wrong by someone.
Been a little disheartened with someone or something.
This is a good place to begin when you need to find some forgiveness,
Which is sometimes hard.
Let's move down to the solar plexus.
This is our power center.
You know,
Just like the sun,
Right?
The solar plexus is our.
.
.
Place of inner strength and power.
It's our place where everything in life is digested,
Right,
Emotionally,
Physically.
Sometimes when we're working here and on the solar plate,
The sacral chakra,
Excuse me.
Will notice.
An uptake in like movement.
You'll hear a little gurgling.
It's a good thing.
It means the energy is working.
Now let's move down to the sacral chakra.
It's just below the belly button.
Now the solar plexus is above the belly button.
Sacral is below the belly button.
This is our creativity,
Our sensuality chakra.
Very emotional chakra.
We all need healing here.
Once again,
This is one of those spots where oftentimes you'll notice a little gurgling,
Like your belly's starting to assimilate whatever you've had to eat last,
Right?
Feel some movement and some sound and that's fine.
That's good.
Also,
If you ever experience any pain in these areas,
It's a perfect place to begin.
And finally today we'll move to the root chakra.
Which is basically at the base of the spine.
So you can start by putting your hands at the base of the spine,
Or you can just go like in your lap.
Either one works.
You can do the same,
You know.
Sandwiching again.
Whatever works best,
Whatever feels best to you.
And that can change from time to time.
And this is where we ground in.
This is our space of grounding security.
Now in a.
.

Full session,
I would go from here down to the knees.
And then down to the feet.
And then I would visualize just drawing out any unwanted,
Any old still energy.
Leave you cleansed and balanced.
Invite you now to Just relax.
You may want to just.

Take a Shavasana position.
If you're lying down,
Just move into Shavasana and just relax.
May want to go right to sleep.
Oftentimes clients go right to sleep during a session and I have to wake them up after,
But that's beautiful,
Right?
Because then there's no resistance to the energy.
And the energy can do its work.
