As Virgo dawns the September new moon,
She calls on us,
Like a mother figure in our lives,
To slow down and welcome a little more balance into our lives.
That holds true for our work life,
Our physical well-being,
As well as our self-care practices,
Boundaries,
And gratitude.
So as you set your intentions today,
Bring your focus to release some of your Worker B tendencies and allow a little more space for love and care for yourself.
Will you join me in a comfortable place with a straight tall spine?
Let's take a deep breath in and release.
Breathe in deeply and out fully.
And one more deep breath in and out.
Coming back to that softer,
Gentler,
More natural breath pattern.
Allowing that breath to soothe you into a place of peace,
Contentment.
Let go and be gently reminded of the Workaholic obsessive part of yourself.
Allowing it to reveal itself before you without shame,
But with full clarity.
By recognizing with grace that this is not sustainable,
You allow yourself to let it go.
As this clarity grows within you,
Draw one deep breath in and on the exhale,
Release it back to the earth.
As the fog clears,
A vision of better health,
Self-care rituals,
Boundaries,
And nurturing emerge.
Creating an inner balance that has long been missing in your world.
Welcome the gratitude for the things that you have done for others.
Welcome the gratitude for this discovery or unveiling as it may seem.
Embrace the relief that you feel with just a little rest,
Reprieve,
And a moment to recharge.
Realizing that you will not be left behind for taking this time.
Quite the opposite is likely true.
By letting go,
You've allowed the universe to step in and do its work on your behalf.

Start to recognize your surroundings.
