This cold full moon in cancer is filled with lots of emotional upheaval.
So today I am here to hold space and channel the healing energy needed for you to heal emotional wounds rising up for you now.
You're open to receive this healing energy today.

Take a deep breath in and a full breath out.

Take one more deep breath in and one more full breath out.
As you settle into a softer,
Gentler breath,
Allow me a moment to connect remotely.
Come to your place of peaceful observation and allow yourself to witness whatever emotions you've been experiencing lately.
Allow clarity to emerge around these emotions.
Are you able to come to a place of peace with them?
As you feel ready with each wound,
Emotion,
Trigger,
Allow yourself to release them.
Releasing any pain,
Resentment,
Anger,
Or jealousy around these memories and leaving a sacred space cleared of all negativity.
Feel this space opening up wider and wider.
This space is being cleansed and cleared in preparation for the coming year.
This space is made for your accomplishments yet to come.

At the center of this space,
Your thoughts light the spark at your core.
The more you focus on it,
The brighter that spark becomes.
Until it becomes a small flame filling this space with light and warmth,
