Given all the tumultuous ups and downs we've endured in the past month,

We truly welcome in the calming and stabilizing energy of Taurus for this new moon.

This new moon is a perfect time to release insecurities and fears around all that is rising up for us now.

This Taurus energy is nudging us to adapt and flow with the changes of life while on this journey of self-discovery.

Join me in a comfortable position.

Welcome a straight spine.

And breathe in deeply.

And out fully.

Take another deep breath in.

And out.

And one more deep breath in.

Letting it all go.

Allow yourself to settle into that softer,

Gentler breath.

Allowing each cycle to calm your body,

Relax your mind,

And start to let things go.

As you settle into your place of peace and security,

Allow yourself to let go of all discernment,

All judgment,

And your inner critic,

Becoming one with your inner truth,

Being all with clarity and reality,

And with a sense of relief as you release the facade between you and your truth,

Facing fears and moving forward.

I invite you to breathe in deeply and release all of this on the exhalation,

Opening up a space and room to dream and imagine it differently.

Living and flowing with life's hills and valleys,

Its mountains and canyons of tasks and challenges,

Its journeys and manifestations.

Allowing the light to shine brightly on those dreams and growing them with your manifestations and your accomplishments.

Coming back now to your physical space,

Start to recognize your surroundings,

The surface beneath you,

That surface's connection back to the earth,

And grounding in these energies.

Bring some light movement into your body.
