Welcome beautiful soul.
I invite you to begin by finding a comfortable position,
Allowing your eyes to softly close and take a slow deep breath in and exhale gently.
This meditation is infused with Reiki healing energy,
So if you're open to receive that,
Simply accept in your mind's eye.
With every breath,
Feel your body relaxing deeper and deeper.
Imagine yourself standing at the base of a mountain just before sunrise.
The sky is dark but the horizon is beginning to glow.
This is the energy of the new moon in Aries,
The moment just before a powerful beginning.
Feel the ground beneath your feet,
Strong,
Supportive,
Steady.
Within your chest a warm red light begins to glow.
This is your inner fire.
This is your Aries spark of courage and leadership.
Place your hand over your heart.
With every breath,
This red light grows stronger.
Now imagine the rising sun appearing slowly on the horizon.
As the first golden rays touch your body,
Your inner fire begins to awaken fully.
This light travels into your solar plexus,
The center of your confidence and action,
And you feel warmth spreading throughout your entire body.
You may begin to feel strength,
Determination,
Or excitement.
This is your life force activating.
Now imagine a pathway appearing before you.
This pathway represents the next chapter of your life.
You don't need to see the entire path,
Only the first step.
Allow an image or feeling to appear representing that step.
Now visualize yourself taking that step forward.
Feel the power of your body moving with confidence.
Feel the energy of forward momentum.
Silently repeat,
I trust myself.
I trust my direction.
I trust my actions.
I move forward with courage and clarity.
With every step you take,
The rising sun grows brighter behind you.
Your path becoming illuminated.
Your confidence expands,
And the energy of Aries is now alive within you.
Take three slow breaths here,
Allowing this power to settle into every cell of your body.
When you are ready,
Gently begin to return your awareness to the room,
To your surroundings,
To the surface beneath you.
To the surface of the earth,
Supporting you fully.
Bring some light movement into your body,
And take a deep breath in,
And release.
And slowly and softly open your eyes.
