Welcome to this mini Lapidolite Reiki session.

If you are open to receiving the Reiki infused in this meditation,

Simply take a moment to accept in your mind's eye.

I invite you to find a comfortable space where you can be still for a few moments.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

And exhale slowly.

With each breath,

Let your shoulders drop,

Your jaw soften,

And your body release what it no longer needs.

As you arrive,

Allow me a moment to connect.

Now imagine a gentle lavender pink light glowing at the center of your chest.

This is the energy of lapidolite,

The stone of calm,

Transformation,

And emotional balance.

Feel it begin to expand with each inhale,

Wrapping you in a cocoon of peace and gentle strength.

Now imagine a stream of soft white Reiki light descending from the heavens down through your chakra centers,

Grounding you into the earth.

This energy is warm,

Pure,

Intelligent.

It knows exactly where to go.

It flows down your spine,

Joining with the lapidolite light at your heart.

Together,

They create a soothing wave through your entire being,

Calming your mind,

Relaxing your body,

Restoring your nervous system and your energy field.

With each exhale,

Release stress,

Tension,

And worry.

With each inhale,

Receive peace,

Clarity,

And love.

Feel this energy moving through your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Into your hands,

Balancing,

Harmonizing,

Healing.

As you rest in this light,

Let these words wash over you.

I am calm and safe.
