Welcome to this Reiki Healing Session.
This session is going to help you get centered and focused for the energies of May.
May is going to be a very action-filled month and we're going to see some of the repercussions next month of all the things that we worked so hard at this month.
So,
May is very important for being action-oriented,
Being focused and taking inspired action towards our goals and those things we want to create in our lives.
So if you will join me,
I'm glad you're here.
If you're willing to receive this Reiki energy,
Say yes in your mind's eye.
Let's find a comfortable position with a nice straight spine.
Settle in.
Let's take a deep breath in and release.
Breathe in deeply once more and out fully.
And again,
Deep inhalation and full exhalation.
Start to settle into your physical space.
Allow that breath to get softer and gentler.
Feel each breath start to soothe the body and the mind.
Relax and settle in as I take a moment to connect.
I'm now connected.
Start to notice your connection to that surface beneath you.
With your next exhalation,
Feel those roots growing down into the earth,
Making that connection,
That security for a source.
As you feel that connection,
Allow your body to relax fully into the space.
The month of May is a month of action-taking,
Inspired action,
Committing to yourself and your goals.
So take a moment now to bring to mind those goals that are so important to you.
And as you look at those goals in the big picture,
See the steps that need to be taken coming to the forefront.
See them as steps in a project,
Project manager.
What needs to be done next?
How can you take inspired action towards that goal?
Creating a whiteboard in your mind,
Laying out a plan to move forward to meet those goals.
What does that whiteboard look like in your mind's eye?
Allow it to play out on the whiteboard,
Creating that full plan.
The second half of this month is the optimal time to get this work done,
To bring these goals into reality.
Inspired action moving forward.
Can you see your list compiling a project being laid out on that whiteboard?
Take a snapshot of that whiteboard now,
Giving you the path to your success.
As you set this image in your mind,
Feel the energy of commitment,
Purpose,
Filling your heart and your mind.
Take a moment to set your intentions to commit to these tasks.
Commit to your goals and moving forward.
Recognition that many times there's a lot of work to be done before we see the actualization.
And that staying committed and focused and moving forward is the key to the success.
Take a moment to scan your whiteboard again.
See if there's anything you missed.
Finalizing the details in your mind's eye.
Feeling inspired and committed and re-energized.
Sending balancing energy to your sacral and your solar plexus for that creative action,
That inner strength and power.
Move forward and make these goals a success.
Remembering that much of what we do in the month of May will come to fruition in June.
So it's very much worth putting in the work.
It's time to come back to your physical space now.
