As you breathe,
Imagine you are outside on a crisp autumn night.
The air is cool,
The world is quiet,
And above you shines a brilliant glowing full moon.
Its silver light bathes you in calm,
Peace and clarity.
This full moon is in Taurus,
The sign of stability,
Comfort and simple pleasures.
Feel your body relax as if the earth itself is holding you steady.
Imagine roots growing from your feet or the base of your spine,
Deep into the soil,
Anchoring you.
And ask yourself gently,
Where can I slow down and savor life?
What truly nourishes me?
Breathe in a sense of steadiness and safety and exhale any stress or pressure you've been carrying.
The sun in Scorpio shines its light on what's ready to be transformed.
You may notice a thought,
A habit,
Or a feeling that feels heavy and outdated.
Picture placing that weight into a glowing silver bowl at your feet.
With each exhale,
Release it into the bowl.
The moonlight purifies and dissolves it,
Leaving only space for peace and possibility.
Repeat softly to yourself,
I release what no longer serves me.
I welcome balance and renewal.
Start to bring your awareness back to your heart.
Place your hands there and feel its steady rhythm and whisper quietly,
I am grounded.
I am worthy.
I'm at peace.
Take one final deep breath in,
Filling yourself with moonlight.
And exhale slowly,
Letting it all flow through your whole being.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes and return to your day,
Carrying with you the calm and balance of this Taurus full moon.
