Take a comfortable seat or lie down.
Gently close your eyes and take a slow breath in through the nose and exhale softly through the mouth.
Again,
Inhale deeply and exhale,
Letting the shoulders soften and drop.
Allow your breath to find a natural rhythm.
With every inhale,
Imagine you are drawing in calm.
With every exhale,
Release tension from your body.
Now bring your awareness to the space around your heart.
Imagine a soft,
Silvery light,
The light of the full moon shining down from above you.
This light is gentle,
Peaceful,
And balancing.
It pours down over the top of your head,
Washing away the noise of the day.
It flows across your shoulders,
Down your arms,
And through your chest and heart.
With every breath,
This moonlight brings your energy back into balance.
Now imagine you are standing beneath a beautiful full moon.
In front of you is a set of golden scales,
The scales of Libra.
One side of the scale represents where your energy has been overextended.
The other side represents what your soul truly needs.
Simply notice what appears.
Perhaps it's giving too much,
Overworking,
Holding on to old emotional weight,
Or trying to keep peace at the cost of your own truth.
There's nothing to judge,
Just awareness.
Now imagine placing all of that heaviness onto the first scale.
See the scale tip downward,
Releasing the weight you've been carrying.
Now,
On the other side of the scale,
Begin placing what you truly desire,
Peace,
Harmony,
Reciprocity,
Self-respect,
And ease.
Watch as the scale slowly begins to balance.
The moonlight shines brighter now,
Sealing this new equilibrium.
Take a deep breath in,
Feel balance returning to your heart,
And silently repeat,
I release what drains me.
I welcome relationships and experiences that restore me.
My life is returning to harmony.
Allow the silver moonlight to surround you for a few more breaths.
When you're ready,
Gently begin to return to the room,
The surface beneath you,
Your connection back to the planet.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale,
And slowly and softly open your eyes.
Your balance has been restored.
