If you follow me regularly,
You may notice that I share much of what is happening in my life.
I find that the things I'm experiencing are often what you're experiencing in some shape of one.
That being said,
I've recently had to find my humble again.
Even as we work towards our higher consciousness,
Our ego can sometimes still get us sidetracked here and there.
So if this resonates with you,
I'm honored to help you find your humble again.
Will you find a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed?
Sit up straight and breathe a deep breath in.
And release.
Breathe in.
And out.
Breathe in one more deep cleansing breath.
And one more full breath out.
Come back to that softer,
Gentler breath.
And allow that rhythm to soothe you into your quiet space.
As your body and your mind starts to settle,
Allow any interference to just start to drift away.
Feeling a little more peace with each breath.
Imagine yourself drifting outside your physical body to that place where you can observe without attachment,
Without judgment.
That place of detached,
Pure observation.
Ask yourself now,
Where in your life might you need to be more humble?
More patient?
More understanding?
Sometimes we're so connected to our own path and our own journey that we forget everyone has their own journey,
Their own path.
And it may not connect perfectly with ours.
How is this showing up in your life?
Be open to receive what comes up.
How will you react to this knowledge?
Is there something you can change?
Is there something you see clearer now?
Understand better now?
Allow this information to flow in.
Take some time now to take this precious information.
What will you do with it?
Sometimes that means we have apologies to make.
Other times it just means changing the way we react.
Doing it differently in the future.
But you know.
Take a moment to feel some gratitude for coming back to this humble place.
Seeing things clearer.
Feels good to be here.
It's time to come back to our physical space now.
Gather the information you've channeled and take a deep breath in.
And release.
And come back when you're ready.
Thank you for joining me today.
I hope this meditation was helpful for you.
Always appreciate and love you all.
Namaste.
