Sometimes when life gets too serious,
Too busy,
And just too stressful,
We just need to dance.
Some of us have a better talent there than others,
But I have found a way to dance with life,
Even if I have two left feet.
Will you join me?
Find a peaceful place where you won't be disturbed.
Settle into a comfortable position with a nice straight spine and softly close your eyes.
Will you please take a deep breath in through the nose and release it fully out through the mouth.
Deeply breathe in once again and release fully.
Once more,
Breathe in fully and exhale fully.
Start to settle into a more natural breath pattern and just follow it in and out like a melody.
Beautiful as you follow the breath through the sway of the music.
Really connect with the flow of the breath.
Allow your breath to synchronize with the music.
Feel all the tension start to leave your body.
Allow your mind to connect with the feelings behind the music.
Feel your body start to flow with the rhythm of the music.
See yourself dancing to this beautiful melody gracefully and beautifully.
Just continue to flow with the music as long as it feels like it.
Notice how much better you feel and how you feel.
Letting go of all that tension we're holding on to.
Keep an eye on your goodness.
Peacefully out through the feet as you flow with the music.
