June was all about awakening our intuition.
This month is more about grounding.
So much grounding and releasing and grounding and grounding.
So that's why I have chosen this deck,
The Ancient Stones.

Bringing us heightened intuition and a spiritual connection.
Today is a great day for meditation,
Dream work.
Reiki.
Maybe stepping into our Akashic Records.
The card today is Returning.
Spiral journey.
Growth.
Renewal.
Healed.
Some believe that Glastonbury tore.
A sacred hill in southwest England.
That draws people from near and far is a labyrinth.
Legend says that it was once part of a Druid initiation rite.
In which initiates would walk around its perimeter before winding upward.
Until they reached the top.
A labyrinth has a single path that spirals inward to a center point.
And ancient stone labyrinths have been uncovered all over the world.
As a symbol,
It's also seen in prehistoric rock carvings.
The same path that leads in also leads us out.
As a symbol,
The labyrinth can represent the spiral journey of life.
It can also represent the inner journey.
Into the soul to explore our inner nature,
And back out again into the physical world,
Having gained a deeper understanding of ourselves.
Amongst many other things,
The labyrinth can be used for insight and clarity,
Decision-making,
Releasing the past,
New beginnings,
And as a way to connect with our ancestors.
The returning card is a reminder to trust the spiral journey of life.
To trust life through all its changes,
And when you think you may be over a pattern or lesson.
To cycle back to it.
A little more changed than before.
This card often appears as a sign that growth is happening.
That healing is happening.
That you're facing a pattern or lesson again,
But in a brand new way.
For you're not who you were before.
You've grown.
Our ancient stone activation today.
I surrender to the spiral journey of my life.
I ask the stone labyrinth to reveal to me how I'm changing,
Growing,
And healing with every step.
All right,
Take a moment to settle in.
Be present.
Take in the message and the energy shared here.
And as we go inward today.
We're being encouraged to really listen to our intuition.
And recognize that spiritual connection.
As we're exploring,
As we're healing.
As we're coming back.
Our physical self as we're coming back to those.
Things were trying to heal.
And again,
As we're coming back to ourselves.
Recognizing our worthiness of this journey.
In all of the effort we're putting in.
We are healing.
