June was all about awakening our intuition.
This month is more about grounding.
So much grounding and releasing and grounding and grounding.
So that's why I have chosen this deck,
The Ancient Stones.

The moon moves into Virgo.
Bringing us a need for organization and healing.
We're going to feel like we want to find routines or stick to our routines.
Take care of our wellness,
Detoxification,
And grounding.
So definitely a very self-care focused day.
Our card today is Releasing the Past.
This is the second time we've pulled this card this month.
Emerge,
Transforming.
Energy is transmuted.
Fogous are cave-like underground structures found in Cornwall,
England.
Built with Iron Age settlements using large stone slabs.
They may have been used for ceremonial or ritual purposes.
Embrace the powerful transformation that they hold.
Ancient subterranean passageways leading us into the womb of the earth for our own rebirth.
As we venture through these ancient portals,
We're called to envision our own transformation.
Through releasing what once was for what will be born.
Each journey of transformation is unique.
Are you experiencing a period of transformation or emerging from one?
Transformation requires great courage from both a soul and human perspective.
Periods of initiation require that we go into the depths.
Into the shadows,
To return charged,
Rebirthed,
And renewed.
If you're in one right now,
May you find comfort in the belief.
That these inner journeys are chosen by the soul.
And those who have journeyed to the depths.
And returned,
Know that the rock-bottom moments of our lives.
We're invited to learn,
To see in the dark.
Because it's there that the light is most visible.
These periods of depth and transformation come with an opportunity.
To transmute old energies and patterns.
That perhaps we'd be unable to if the sun was shining every day.
So embrace the darkness of the Fogu and keep focusing on the light within to warm you.
For when the time comes to emerge,
You'll be forever transformed.
Our ancient stones activation today.
I embrace the transformation that's happening within me.
May all that no longer serves me,
And which is not mine,
Be transmuted so I can emerge transformed.

Organization Healing.
Routines Detoxification They're all pieces of a puzzle.
And as we're letting go,
We can symbolically do so.
In so many ways.
Sometimes it's cleaning out a cluttered drawer or cupboard.
Or a closet.
A room.
Sometimes it's cleaning up our diet,
Moving our body.
Sometimes it's clearing our mind through meditation or breath work or whatever.
But whatever that practice is for you,
Lean into that today.
So that you can let go of what's no longer serving.
What's holding you back?
What's not even yours?
Release it.
So you can move forward on your journey.
