Belonging.
Ask for help.
From the pictures etched on cave walls by our prehistoric ancestors to the engravings found amid the ruins of ancient temples,
Stones hold a direct line of humanity's past.
We can reach out and touch the messages left by the ancients.
Our hands trace the inscriptions.
That their very hands created.
Have you ever run your fingers over a carving in a cave?
Have you pressed your forehead to an ancient stone knowing that it witnessed the rise and fall of civilizations?
Have you passed buildings that stood when your grandparents were children?
In Madagascar in Africa,
Stones belong to the ancestors and are used to construct tombs and monuments.
In New Caledonia,
In the South Pacific,
It's believed each stone has a name,
A history,
And a life resulting from the spirit enclosed within it.
In the U.

Hawaiians believe that stones are inhabited by mana.
The life force of ancient ancestors and consequently must be protected and treated with great respect.

Who are the traditional custodians of Uluru.
Teach that this iconic sandstone monolith holds the spirit of their ancestors.
The Ancestral Message card is one of deep belonging and connection.
It's an invitation to connect with positive ancestors from your ancestry.
Known and unknown.
To reach back in order to walk forward.
To remember that you're the dream.
Of those who stood before you.
And one day in the future,
You'll be an ancestor of those yet to come.
Our ancient stones activation today.
I welcome the connection and guidance of positive ancestors from my ancestral lineage.
Walk beside me and guide me on my way.

Take a moment to just settle.
Become present,
Take in this message and this energy.
Our energy today is heart-centered.
And we're being called to use that heart-centered energy to connect.
With our past,
Our lineage.
Those familial.
Connections.
That we may value.
That maybe even we.
Don't so much value.
We're being called to recognize.
It's all brought us to where we are today.
They are a piece of us.
And whether we feel these.
Tendencies,
Habits,
Traits are positive or negative.
Being called to find the value in each.
To make that connection with our ancestors.
Learn from their past,
From our past,
From the connection between us all.
We're also being called to nurture our inner strength and power and make that connection with our ancestors.
So today's energy.
And Reiki is going to be focused on our solar plexus.
Bringing healing there.
Not only to ourselves,
But our ancestral line.
