My name is Candy Foster.
I am a mindfulness meditation instructor,
A Reiki Master Teacher,
And a lover of all things wellness and metaphysical.
I'm thrilled to have you join me today for this meditation to evoke the services of the fire spirits.
As always,
Only for your highest and best good.
Find a quiet place where you can get comfortable and not be disturbed.
You may want to light a candle or maybe some incense or intentional effect and to invite the fire spirits in.
If not,
Your imagination is perfect.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Bring to mind something that may need help with you.
Somewhere you may need motivation,
Inspiration,
Or a little drive.
You will light that candle,
That spark.
Take another deep breath in,
Fueling that tiny spark into the flame and release that breath.
And take one more deep breath in and see the flame become stronger and permanent.
And release it forward.
Come back to that thing,
That situation,
Whatever it is around which you need to light this fire.
Place that thought into the flame.
Ask the fire spirits to ignite the flame so that you may move forward.
Make progress and flourish.
Ask them to show you what you need to move forward.
What is the next right step?
Trust what comes up into your mind.
Listen to your intuition and allow the information to flow.
As you follow the breath,
It fans the flame.
Allow the inspiration to rise from the flames like it's almost home.
As the thoughts and inspiration arise,
Thank the fire spirits for their service.
Feel grateful for the information you have obtained.
Use this information wisely.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Start to move your body lightly and open your eyes when you're ready.
Before you blow out your candle,
Offer thanks to the fire spirits.
I hope this meditation has brought you new ideas and inspiration and has lit the spark to move forward for you.
