Hello and welcome.
There are times in life when we may just feel out of alignment,
Out of sorts,
Or just notice that something doesn't feel quite right.
Sometimes this is because we have too much going on,
We have a lot of stress in our lives,
Or we may even be surrounded by people with unaligned energies and we're taking that on.
Today let's bring these energies into alignment and into better balance.
So find a place where you can be comfortable and slowly take three deep breaths in and out.
I will connect and prepare to infuse this meditation with some healing Reiki energy as well.
If you are open to receiving this Reiki energy,
Just say yes.
Start to settle into your more natural breath.
Let's see each breath flowing through the whole body,
In and out.
Follow each breath through each chakra energy center,
Flowing from the top of your head,
The crown,
Through your third eye,
Your throat,
And down through your heart,
Your solar plexus,
And through your sacral chakra,
Just below the belly button,
And down through the base of your spine.
Imagine the breath leaving and releasing down through the earth.
Do this again and again with each breath,
Slow and focused,
In through the crown,
Following it down through each spoke of your energy system,
Up through the base of your spine,
Back to the planet,
And again.
With each cycle,
Feel these energy centers start to align.
Feel it flowing smoother.
Feel your energy as a whole start to feel better,
Calmer,
More centered.
Feel the flow.
Is there a place where it doesn't feel like it's flowing well?
Is there a sticky spot?
A place where it feels slow or stuck?
If so,
Bring your full attention to this space.
Imagine each breath flowing through this area in a circular motion.
Keep your focus here until the flow smooths out.
Then return to the full body.
If you have more than one sticky spot,
Repeat this process until your full body breath flows smoothly through the whole body every time,
Taking time to nurture those spots that aren't flowing smoothly.
When you feel fully aligned,
Come back to the here and now.
Take a deep energizing breath in and release.
Bring some light movement into your body and come back when you're ready.
