Take a deep breath in and a full breath out.
Breathe in fully and out completely.

Start to settle into your softer,
Gentler breath and allow the rhythm to soothe you into that place of disconnected observation.
As you continue focusing on your breath,
Watch your loving energy expand and a sense of realignment settling in,
Feeling more balanced,
More present.
Take a moment to observe your priorities in life.
Are you on track in these areas?
Do you feel good with where you are right now or are there changes in where?
Are you aligned for the highest good?
Just observe and allow a space of peace.
Allow your guides to speak and share the insight you need for your growth and higher consciousness.
Take some time now to offer gratitude for all you have been given in this life and feel this deep in your heart.
Your attention to this love sparks a vibrant emerald green light within your heart and as you breathe,
That light expands bigger and brighter with each round of breath,
Expanding and growing that love beyond your own heart,
Beyond your body and out into the world.
See this light absorb and transmute any negative energy as it grows outward.
It is creating pure love and light in all of the outside world,
All of the universe around us.
Sharing this love with the world makes it expand and allows others to take it on as well.
See this peace and love spreading from person to person,
City to city and country to country and then even nation to nation,
Resolving war and hate of every kind,
Awakening humanity and the collective consciousness.
Going back now to our physical space,
Notice your physical surroundings and bring some light movement into your body and take a deep breath in and release and come back when you're ready.
