This aligns your heart, faith, and focus before you move into action. 3 minutes of achievement realized: Visualize two things that have already been completed successfully today. This trains your mind to recognize opportunity, move with clarity and certainty. Return daily and feel your confidence grow. Set your inner state first and let the rest flow. You're about to prime yourself for the most aligned,

Expansive moments of your day.

When you hear the first bell,

You'll spend 3 minutes in gratitude,

Calling in what you're thankful for,

Big or small,

And letting that feeling fill up your body.

At the next bell,

3 minutes of prayer or blessing for yourself and for those you love.

And at the final bell,

3 minutes of visualization,

Seeing two things that you're choosing to accomplish today.

They're already done.

Let's begin.

Take a deep breath in together.

Exhale slowly.

One more time,

Just like that.

Inhale deeply.

And exhale.
