Begin with a deep breath in and out,
Another let's fill up and let it out,
Another deep breath in through your nose and out,
Last one like this let's really fill up and sigh it out.
Now begin to breathe normally and notice how your body feels,
However it feels in this moment is right,
Is natural and is how you feel.
Know that in this moment you have arrived,
You have arrived to feeling better,
You have shown up for yourself,
You have decided to choose you.
As you breathe,
Relax into the spaces of your mind and body.
Notice that time is your friend and notice that here you have everything you need because you are here,
In this time,
In this body,
In this moment.
Take a moment to breathe in a deep breath,
Now bring your arms overhead,
Hold your breath,
Now let it out and bring your arms slowly down by your side.
We are going to do that again together,
We are going to breathe in,
As we lift our arms softly above our heads,
Hold our breath and let it out,
Slowly releasing our arms by our side and one more time,
Breathe in,
Lifting our arms,
Holding overhead,
Now breathe out,
Releasing our arms softly,
Now breathe normally as you realize that you have just given yourself the gift of flowing energy,
An energetic hug to say I love you,
I'm proud of you,
Thank you,
Thank you for showing up today,
Thank you for nourishing me with your breath,
I'm proud of you,
Who you are in this moment took so much and you continue to give you everything that you need,
You are worthy,
