Allow yourself to breathe and a place to sit,
A place that calls you,
A spot where you feel comfortable and safe.
Now take a deep breath,
Deep,
Deep,
And another one,
Closing your eyes as you sink into your body.
Breath of life to take over your whole body.
Discomfort is now redirected to your breath as an anchor,
As your center,
At your own rhythm,
At your own pace,
Are allowed to make sounds,
Movements,
To breathe even stronger.
Who decides?
You consciously,
In your body,
Are deciding in this moment what is needed.
Allow yourself to breathe,
To fully breathe deep into your belly,
Deep into your tissues,
Into yourself.
How many times have we restricted our breath?
How many times have we blissed in,
Trying to be very silent?
Goes in and nourishing every cell,
Goes out and cleanses yourself.
The air is inhaled and as a magical medicine,
A sacred elixir of life,
It reminds you of how alive you are.
With your exhale,
You ground yourself in this body,
In this earth.
Breathe freely as the wind.
