Welcome dear one,
Through this 20 minute sound journey I will guide you into a relaxing state of body and mind,
A state of deep relaxation,
Allowing the body to communicate to us through sensations.
While deeply listening and feeling,
We enter into a safe space of deep expression of our emotions.
So,
Let's begin.
By finding a comfortable position,
Sitting up or laying down,
Making sure you are warm and undisturbed for the duration of this journey.
Feeling comfortable in adjusting your body,
Listening to it so that you are 10% more comfortable than you were before,
Making sure that you are at ease and restful.
Now I invite you to focus on your breath,
Flowing deep down into your belly,
Exhaling through the nose.
And my proposal here is to breathe through the nose,
Only if this is accessible to you.
Breathing fully,
Exhaling everything out.
Gently inhaling and softly exhaling out.
And as you focus more on that exchange of air,
Breath,
Aliveness,
Energy,
Let your mind travel down,
Flowing with the water,
As if your whole concept of mind,
Thinking,
Doing,
Just flows down the river of consciousness.
Thoughts,
Fears,
Expectations,
Worries,
They just all melt away,
Traveling downstream,
Following the river and observing this river getting more and more abundant,
Full of water,
Fresh,
Clear water.
Breathing in and out,
So your focus comes to this gentle but powerful water.
Whenever there are distractions,
Thank the water for washing them away.
You just for this moment,
For this meditation,
You have the choice to let go.
Letting go can feel scary,
So remember that it is just for now.
Right now you have the choice of letting go in this container,
In this safe space of meditation.
You have the choice to surrender.
And by moment,
You can always decide.
And for now,
You can be taken over by this water.
Your whole being is carried away,
Your mental body,
Meaning any thoughts,
Your physical body,
All sensations,
Your emotional body,
The emotions,
Feelings,
And your energetic body,
Energy,
Your own frequency,
How it is at this moment,
They are all flowing downstream.
So calm and so relaxed,
Feeling any sensation that appears in your body,
Acknowledging the sensation,
Imagining even that the sensation is a knot that looks very intertwined,
Complex,
Hard.
But the closer you look,
It is only a simple shoelace.
So you are invited to gently pull that cord whenever you are ready and releasing the sensation.
Observing in your body any part is a blockage,
A sensation communicating to you.
So release that,
Release the knot,
Or notice any other sensations in your body.
If you have already done that,
You can proceed to another knot,
Another intense sensation to be released,
Released to be felt and processed by your whole system.
Not to be avoided or discarded,
But rather welcomed.
And noticing any emotions that arise,
Noticing the intensity of that emotion,
Its subtlety,
And be there with yourself.
If an intense emotion is there with you now,
Be particularly gentle and allow yourself to be held with the sounds that are accompanying you,
Holding you,
And allowing this cleansing feeling process to fully happen.
And stay here,
Stay here for some moments,
And again if you find more sensations,
Release the knots and welcome the emotion.
Feeling an emotion is allowing it to be released,
To be seen,
Felt,
Allowing it to get unsucked from your body.
And from this space of cleansing,
Allowing your whole being to be reset,
Rejuvenated,
Glowing,
Removing stuckness,
Letting go of all emotions stored in our bodies.
Energy accumulated is released so it can travel freely and undisturbed.
Your body is releasing any discomfort that is left and the mind is soothed,
So calm and so relaxed,
So comfortable and so at peace,
So connected to your physical body.
Feeling home in your body,
Enjoying this last moment of relaxation,
Appreciating the sounds,
The words,
And all the sensations that came to you and that are still coming,
Reminding you how human you are,
Slowly bringing your focus to your toes,
Your feet,
And your hands and fingers,
Moving them gently,
Wiggling them around.
In this moment you are free to express and move the body as it needs to,
Stretching,
Bringing your hands,
Arms over your head,
If that is something pleasurable for you.
Otherwise,
Find any movement that feels natural and cozy.
Welcome back and thank you for allowing yourself to feel and to be here and now with yourself.
