Find comfort in your seat or standing.
Allow your mind to find ease as you focus on your breath.
Breathing in to fill your lungs and releasing in and out as your body needs.
Now imagine the squirrels and how they find acorns before winter.
The trees how their leaves are lost every fall and return in spring.
The flowers as they bloom beautifully.
Are you no different than those creatures,
Flowers and trees?
You were created by God.
If He provides for them,
He will provide for you.
Your needs will be met.
Your desires are heard.
God will remove the mountains in your life and ensure you overcome every valley.
Matthew 6 and 26 states,
Look at the birds.
They don't plant or harvest or store food in barns where your Heavenly Father feeds them.
And aren't you far more valuable to Him than they are?
In John 15 16 Jesus states,
You didn't choose me.
I chose you.
I appointed you to go and produce lasting fruit so that the Father will give you whatever you ask for using my name.
Take a deep breath and as you exhale join me in this prayer.
Father God,
I pray that you ease my mind.
That you hear my humble cry.
You know exactly what I need and even what I want.
You know the challenges I'm facing,
The fears I have imagined.
I know that you are able to meet my needs,
To give me the desires of my heart,
To replace my fears with faith.
I'm asking that you do this for me,
Oh God.
I'm trusting that it is already done and that I will be fruitful.
