Take a moment to find comfort in your mind,

In your seat,

In your heart.

Find your breath with steady inhales and easy exhales.

Once you are comfortable,

Consider where you are.

The breath you breathe,

The needs that are met,

Even some of the wants.

The doors opened,

Provision.

The doors closed,

Protection.

The no,

Guidance.

The yes,

Direction.

The way that was made when you thought it was impossible.

The comfort you felt when pain consumed you.

The peace you had when chaos surrounded you.

The healing,

Despite the illness.

The wisdom,

Even when there was unknowing.

The courage as fear tried to cripple you.

The humility when you could have been proud.

The applause when you thought you couldn't do it.

The breakthrough when you're on the brink of a breakdown.

Oh,

What a God we serve.

Take a moment to reflect on His goodness.

As this moment comes to a close,

Repeat,

What a God,

What a God,

What a God.
