Find a comfortable seat.

Gently close your eyes and bring your focus to your breath.

As you breathe in through your nose and out through your nose on my cue.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Continue that pattern on your own for a moment.

Imagine you are sitting in front of a mirror.

In the mirror looking back at you as your best self.

On a day when you are feeling amazing inside and out.

What do you see looking back at you right now?

What is it about that person staring back at you that you absolutely love?

Maybe it's something about your appearance.

Your hair.

Your eyes.

Your lips.

Your hips or your fingertips.

Remember this is you on your best day and you are glowing.

What do you love about yourself?

If your mind begins to wander,

Bring your focus back to this moment.

You're sitting there in front of the mirror,

Dashing about everything you love about you.

Those thoughts in your mind allow them to gently go away.

This is your time for you.

Slowly inhale.

And as you do,

Take a journey inside.

Your thoughts.

Your emotions.

Your perspective.

What about your innermost being makes you smile?

Is it the way you treat yourself,

Your family and friends or your community?

Is it the way you approach life optimistically?

Or maybe it's how you maintain an open mind.

Allow your face to grow into a smile and imagine that smile staring back at you in the mirror.

If you are able,

Move your hands to your heart and whisper to yourself,

I love you just the way you are.

Ease your face and let your hands return to your lap.

Take another slow breath in.

And release.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes.

As you go throughout the day today,

Take that you from this meditation into the world and allow that love to continuously grow.
