Hello,

I am Jasmine.

Welcome to this practice for self confidence.

With greater self confidence you can walk into the world with the belief in yourself to accomplish anything you set your mind to.

Go ahead and find a comfortable seat.

Your back straight and head held high like the king or queen you are.

Gently close your eyes.

Begin breathing with knowledge of your lungs inflating and deflating.

As your breath fills your body,

Imagine each inhale pumping you up with trust,

Abilities,

And power.

As the breath leaves your body,

Imagine fear,

Doubt,

Hesitation,

And releasing.

Continue breathing focusing on your right to be,

Say,

Or do what it is that you need and want.

As your body relaxes and your confidence is boosted,

Ask yourself what it is that I want to achieve.

What is it that I have feared?

What is it that has held me back?

What do I need to overcome to become?

Allow those thoughts to settle.

Consider these words by Miss Mullum,

Confidence isn't something only other people possess,

Though it's quite self assurance that what they do will be a success.

You can fake it till you make it,

Never given you need to take it,

And create the conditions where fear of failure matters less.

Now imagine yourself with all the courage,

All the power,

Doing exactly what you want to do.

How does it feel?

How does your body feel?

What emotions are you expressing?

Allow your mind to settle,

Your breathing to ease,

And your body to relax further.

As this meditation comes to an end,

Repeat this mantra,

I am confident,

I believe I can,

I believe I will.

Again,

I am confident,

I believe I can,

I believe I will.

Breathing together,

One last deep breath in,

And as you release gently open your eyes.
